What an amazing company - the car I ordered for my grandson was out of stock so the company contact me and offered an upgrade at no extra cost to make sure it arrived in time for Christmas - two days before Christmas and they sent by courier to make sure I didn’t have a disappointed little boy - thank you for your outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend

Excellent customer service!! Purchased a RC car for my son's birthday and the car was not working properly. Contacted the CS and promptly responded with warranty and included a return post label, a new car is on the way, right away!! Fast communication via email. The problem was solved within a day. My daughters Christmas remote controlled car stopped working. We had bought it in November. They had no problems in sending a prepaid label for us, checked the car over and fixed it and sent it back. We were kept up to date with what was happening. This was for a $99 car. The car itself is excellent for the price. And the fact it didn’t end up as landfill is just brilliant. Thank you.
