Long Furniture Discounts

I got asked to rate this by google so why not, this was a very pleasant experience as i walked by. I enjoyed a lovely look at the discounted furniture in this store. 10/10 would walk past again.

Had the furniture we wanted and bought it. Good place to browse for furniture. Some what you want some you dont. Staff friendly, good set up.

Bought recliner sofa from Long furniture . USB port came loose as screw came out . They used cheap mdf board on sofa. The chinese lady owner acts friendly but she is very rude after purchase . We complained about the product so many times but she has not done anything about it. I spent $2800 for the lounge not worth it . I will go now and complain to fair trading . Please dont shop here

I bought this set of lounge set and bedroom set for $10,000.
They keep telling me that the delivery will be this day or next and I waited two weeks. When finally the delivery came in , the buffet was damaged and was told that someone named Jimmi will come and fix it. When he showed up, he couldn't fix it so said that new stock will be in first week of December 2017( this was two months from the purchase date). on 14/12/2017 they brought another replaced buffet and that was also damage. So now the warehouse manager is saying that I need to wait till January. I contacted Sam from Long Furniture and asked for refund and she goes she can't do that and I have to wait as long as it takes for the stock to arrive. I spoke to Jimmi who is the service person and have been told by him that I was not a priority even though I paid $10,000 for the stuff. I paid the money to Sam from Long Furniture but she just gets people to call me from some warehouse and some factory just to cover up. I am still waiting for my Buffet. THE SERVICE OF LONG FURNITURE IS PATHETIC. THEY DO VERY GOOD LIP SERVICE IN PERSON BUT ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE PAYMENT IS DONE. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM LONG FURNITURE AND DEFINITELY WILL NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM AS YOU WILL HAVE TO RUN AFTER THEM AND CRY WITH HANDS OVER YOUR HEAD.

The lady pretend to be very kind and friendly to help you find what you like but when you pay and buy there is no way for her personality to be the same .our lounge was not made as we requested so we asked to pay for it to be fixed as it sink in ,she was furious and replied that wouldn't happen as no material can be sold and will cost a lot of money and we realised that we don't have any warranty on that lounge .would never buy from this shop again and will warn others to make sure there is a warranty of 2 years at least .
Now we have to sell our lounge and buy a new one ,lesson learnt to buy from places with good reputation shame on those places who sell cheap products for expensive price.

I paid $700 for a coffee table.
Was damaged and it took one month to provide me a new one only for that to be damaged. After this i wanted a refund. I was continously avoided with a yes only to say i can get a store credit. After i went to Fair trading i 'surprisingly' can get a full refund. I went back today and i was asked for a receipt. I asked why didn't you tell me to bring the receipt when I've spoken to you over 10 times in the last 24 hours. Still waiting for a refund.
DO NO PURCHASE FROM THE STORE!!

Paid $2000 for a dining table in January which was to arrive in 2 weeks after purchase. Received a call informing me that they had none left and would come in 2 months. Waited 2 months before following up, said that it hasn't come in yet and must wait 4 weeks (beginning of April), called them again said another 4 weeks wait. It is now end of April, still waiting. Terrible service, rude staff!

The worst place ever. Can never expect delivery on time and when it does come in, it will be damaged. After receiving the the payment, the tone of the store personal, Sam and others will change dramatically and will treat you like an enemy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET DEALING WITH THEM

Keep away from this shop, I purchased the sofa set from them, after 5 month the frame inside broken we asked for the warranty, the answer is "we already discount when they sold, so it will not warranty because it was discounted when they sold"

Very poor quality furniture and with expensive price tag and good luck getting delivery ontime.
