Went in to get a Ninja and upgraded to one with more attachments because they could price match with a competitors price. So I stayed within my budget and got more than I had planned to. I was assisted by Clint who was very knowledgeable. He also helped me we an air fry which I intend to buy next. Clint placed the item in my car despite the pouring rain! What a champ. So glad I went to BingLee first. Where else would I have an employee carry a large box to my car. It’s personal touches like this which make the difference. I received excellent customer service by your young male assistant Jovan J. at Bing Lee Old Guildford. I walked into the clearance outlet with a friend today looking for a medium sized fridge. I decided on the LG 315L model. Jovan was friendly, helpful and efficient. I asked for an egg tray and he went looking for one making sure I got one. Most importantly he had a welcoming beaming smile and made the transaction seamless. Jovan is a rare gem that should be acknowledged for his hard work and passion. Thank you Jovan, I am excited about the delivery of my new fridge :)

If you're looking to furnish your new home with quality products, I highly recommend Bing Lee Old Guildford! They have a scratch and dent section which has scuffed products for cheap - worth a visit.

I recently purchased a fridge, washing machine, microwave and two air purifiers with the help of Tammy who was an absolute angel. She was on the ball, detail oriented, patient and informative and was extremely helpful with amending all my sales orders. They stuck to their word with the price match guarantee so I was able to get a fantastic deal on the whole purchase!

Delivery guys were lovely. Didn't catch their names but they were communicative, kind, and super helpful.

Spoke to John over the phone re: an air purifier that I couldn't open and he was super quick to help arrange a transfer of the product to my nearest Bing Lee.

I was after a Logitech c9200 or something that would just do something basic enough and she recommended me a very similar product (a Logitech c922) that they had in stock. This one came with a little tripod too! Super amazing customer service, will definitely come back for any electronic goods I may need in the future!!

During my most recent experience with Bing Lee I was assisted by Mario. I bought a Kelvinator fridge from this store in 2018 and took out an extra warranty on it. Couple of months ago the Fridge stopped cooling and without remembering about the extended warranty, I got it fixed by a Kelvinator technician paying from my pocket only to realise a few weeks later that it already had the extended warranty. I have then emailed Mario about my mistake. Mario was very pleasant and understanding about my situation and he, during his busy times at work, has written several emails back and forth with me and a third party insurance company and finally I got a full reimbursement of what I have paid from my pocket. Mario deserves accolades for his professional approach, many thanks to you Mario.
