We had such a wonderful experience at cosmopolitan cars. We got a great car for a great price. John and his father were warm and knowledgeable and really helped us in picking the best car for our needs. They have a good range of vehicles and take great care to make sure you leave happy. I would definitely recommend cosmopolitan cars to anyone in the market.

John helped me purchase my 4x4 hiace van over the phone as I was all the way in Cairns, heading down to Sydney then Perth.
He helped with trading in my current vehicle and driving away in the van.
The van is even better in person and blew me away in the quality of vehicle.
Currently on the road to Perth and this thing drives beautifully.
Can't thank John and Mick enough for helping grab a real jem of a vehicle.
Will be purchasing more Japanese vehicles from cosmopolitan cars in the future.

Straight forward, and thorough process. My first time financing a car was with this dealership. They were completely transparent about everything I wanted to know, and were more than happy to have a mechanic come in and carry out a full pre-purchase inspection, including a test drive.

Great car buying experience with John!

I recently purchased a Subaru XV Hybrid from Cosmopolitan Cars for our family and it was definitely the best buying-selling experience I've had.

Having already visited many car dealerships and test drove many Japanese imported cars around Greenacre, I was still not happy with a car that was right for our family. It was then I stumbled across John and his father-in-law, Michael's family car dealership.

Not only did they have a team sourcing good quality Japanese cars to select from. I found John was professional, courteous and experienced in this industry for many years.

John took the time to understand my family needs and preferences, patiently answered all my questions about where they sourced the car from and how they made sure their cars is suitable for Australian driving.

John also confidently told me about their 3yr warranties, 6mth registration included, financing options, and post-sale support like their own servicing with their on-site, experienced Japanese mechanic who understood these imported cars best.

I was able to get a good price/deal on the car and feeling confident that John and his staff will look after me (and the car) even after purchase.

John and his family are fantastic car dealers and have a very nice range of cars available. They are honest, transparent, charming, and made me feel at ease during the whole process of acquiring a car and everying that this implies. John made sure I understood all the process and helped me to navigate around the associated hassles (car insurance, registration). I recently moved from Spain and it was very difficult for me to understand how everything works in Australia. John was very helpful and accommodating and I am very glad I found them!!

After doing some research on the dealer I called and spoke with Michael about purchasing an Estima. He was very helpful and answered all our questions.

After a Video call presentation of a beautiful 2008 V6 Estima with Michael I left a deposit and the van was delivered to us in Coffs Harbour (Purchased Sat and it arrived Wednesday) clean and completely Covid sanitised.

Car is exactly as described, in immaculate condition for a 2008 and we have enjoyed driving it for a week now including frequent trips on the freeway...

I have just bought my first Hybrid car from Cosmopolitan Cars. I am super happy with the purchase. Michael and John were both very friendly, they are very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all my questions. I checked the car on Thursday, Friday I have called them let them know which car I would like to buy. They were able to do all the paperwork, installed a new reverse camera system, and traded in my old car in one day! We bought our car off Cosmopolitan Cars earlier in the year and since then I arranged to get the car serviced through Michael. All dealings with Michael and his staff have been friendly, professional and 6 star service. Trust is hard to earn in this industry but he certainly has got mine. Cannot recommend them enough!

I went to Cosmopolitan cars yesterday just want to see the car. And then i met Darren which is very nice and gentlemen. And i end up purchase the 2006 Estima Toyota with auto press buttons for the chairs and the boot. The car is in perfect condition and Silver color very nice inside out.
I traded my car in very quick and easy and they paid for my car very good price.

After initially not wanting to deal with used car salesman, my wife put an enquiry on a Nissan People mover, we received a phone call from John.
He guided us through the different options, we ended up with everything we needed for a great price.

I recently bought a hybrid Estima. John was really informative, without being pushy. The after sales device was good too. They drove the new car to me; they got me an extra key and Michael was helpful when I rang them for starting advice ( I didn’t realise I had to have my foot on the brake for the keyless start up.). John is sending me a description of how to change the tyre. Their dealership and waiting area is very homey.nothing like I was anticipating from a used car place thank goodness. A thoroughly positive experience
