We bought a couple of Ford Rangers. The sales people were excellent and provided us reasonable prices. And the service guys are also fantastic.

I pumped up my rating to 5 stars (I had it at 4). Sometimes we need time to get it right and to be reasonable.

It’s taken me a while to leave a review for Heartland. The day after I picked up my new Jeep Trailhawk back in 2020 my mum had a serious accident that led to her passing away. So it’s taken me a while to get to this.

I just had my third service at Heartland and their customer service has always been great. From the relaxed sales guy who put up with me taking the Jeep for a test drive three times, to each service, I have nothing but praise for the people who work there. They are helpful and courteous and that’s what counts when you’re making a large purchase like a motor vehicle.

This service was smooth and effortless and Hamal in the Service Department was efficient and helpful. Top marks.

When I compare Heartland to my local Toyota dealership (where I looked at a RAV4) it’s like day and night. The Toyota guys couldn’t give a damn and I was left waiting for about 30 minutes while they all appeared to do nothing.

Heartland will be my first stop when it comes time to buy my next vehicle.

Honestly best place to buy a car! I was dealing with a sales rep named Ahmed he was one of the best people I have dealt with in my life. He took care of me and kept me updated while everything was settling. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to that dealership in future purchases. Also Sam the finance rep was so very helpful and quick I went in on a Saturday and got my car on the Wednesday.

We had an amazing experience with Ahmed and Robert. They know that we were travelling from Coffs Harbour and they helped us to get the car really quick and easy. They even put full tank in our beautiful car to come back to our home. That was an excellent service!

I’ve recently bought a Porsche Cayenne from Ahmed and Robert, these guys were great to deal with, they never tried to sell of force me, just up front and honest to deal with. Had my cars serviced here a few times now. It has always been a pleasant experience. The staffs were professional and friendly and the work other car was quick and done well.
I have nothing but praises for this centre and it's staff.
Last but not least they also offer a courtesy service car which is a lot more than what other places can offer. Now only if they offer a car wash with each service would be perfect.

I can't recommend Heartland Chullora enough, particularly the service and professionalism provided by Ahmed Elkordy, over and over again. He is the reason I keep going back and recommending friends and colleagues to whichever dealership he is situated.
