Great staff drinks and waffles, they're very kind and they even let me add the waffle as a combo after buying a drink. I really like the caramel drink and the mango drink tho. I assure you they have a great variety and will add more pics inshaallah

I ordered the lychee dragon fruit slush today and it was great I definitely recommend it I also got the sesame seed waffles and it reminded me of the Arab bakeries my dad used to get from they're really nice when fresh.

The drinks here are hectic. Nice flavours that present really well. Not a huge bubble tea fan but it really knocked my socks off 🤪

They also have skewers here too 🤭 and boiii, it was a mad feed. 🚀 more variety of options than your closet… it can be hard to choose 🥵 BUT, the lot (pictured in vid) is a STEAL and also a phat MEAL 😋 everything is crunchy, fresh and seasoned to perfection 🤩 also options for sauce and we got the sichuan which tickled our bellies ☺

Highly recommend their wintermelon tea milk cap (with less sugar) and waffle eggette! Any large drink and waffle combo is $11. The server was really sweet and she helped me seal it so it wouldn’t spill in my bag ☺

I’d be keen to try the Lychee Dragon and more milk teas in the future.

10/10 customer service, they have a wide variety of options to choose from. The waffles were sooo amazing, very delectable and yummy. Although l wasn’t a fan of the authentic taro l was offered a complimentary drink which was great. Amazing small store close to the station, would definitely recommend if you like sweets and milk tea :)

WOOO! The BEST thing that's happened to bankstown! My favourite is the Taro Milk Tea and the Lychee Dragonfruit 🤪 I would totally stop by everyday for more. Definitely coming back!!

Smaller menu but good milk tea and waffles. Been multiple times both in person & via Deliveroo.

Seriously, this is the best bubble tea in Sydney. And I have tried SO many. The teas are so much stronger and you actually taste tea. The pearls are soft and chewy. They do lychee jelly (not those weird bubbles). They do fresh passionfruit. They have a great variety of flavours. They do waffles. They do combos. They have a loyalty card. HONESTLY THE BEST. Only downside is they aren't open 24/7 cause sometimes you just want a bubble tea at 3am right?! LOVE YOU CHAPLUS. 💙

I come here often to get my bubble tea fix. Their taro milk tea is delish! Would recommend others to definitely try it as it has real taro that has been blended. They are quite efficient and service is usually good. Would recommend others in the area to give it a try.

They’re also accessible via Deliveroo/DoorDash to my area. Only caveat is their menu in Deliveroo seems to be inconsistent, eg. Some milk tea doesn’t have Pearl topping option, and the Cheese waffle is not on the menu.

Please fix up your Deliveroo menu!

I love the new Chocolate Taro milk tea and Matcha brown sugar milk tea. Bubble waffle is great, so crispy outside, soft inside, try the sesame one, it won't disappoint you. Wish they open more stores....

Have been here a number of times now and personally feel like this place is more than just "another bubble tea place". Chaplus is an experience. Their waffles offer the perfect balance with a crisp exterior and soft interior. Conveniently located beside the train station, I would recommend dropping by to sit down for a refreshing lychee jade tea and an Oreo waffle. Shout out to the two workers in the glasses who are usually on shift when I drop by in the early afternoon.

Best customer service, best milk tea in the area. Their taste is just different and there’s real tea flavour in it. So good! They deserves more hype to be honest

This store has the most authentic and unique drinks you could ever find. They sell high quality bubble tea with a large menu range. Service is amazing and the staff is nice and friendly. Highly recommend a visit.

Tried the egg waffle with lychee dragon fruit slush, bring back all the childhood memory from HK. Best egg waffle in Australia that i have encountered so far. Crispy outside, soft inside with a nice balance of egg and sweetness. Will come again for sure.

Loooovvveee this place. I get to treat myself with Black Truffle bubble tea and their waffles when I return from a day at work. They are right by Bankstown Station so very conveniently situated and easily accessible.

If you're a mango fan the Mango Aloha drink is a must! The bubble waffles are also a treat 🧇

Excellent service, chill vibes and DELICIOUS bubble tea!! Cannot go past the classic black pearl milk tea, passionfruit green tea and mango aloha. One of the best bubble teas I've had!
