I was a bit sceptical about this business after reading single star reviews, despite the reviews I decided to go ahead and buy a 75" Samsung TV, a microwave, a toaster, a deep fryer and a hot plate. I believe I made the best decision ever based on the savings I received.

The kettle I bought became faulty. After making contact about this problem, they immediately arranged for me to send them a little video and return it for them to assess.
After I told them I need this replaced urgently because of a dinner party within 4 days, they immediately sent me out a new one via express post.

Item arrived but was damaged... a manufacturing defect, nothing to do with the supplier... they sent me out a return label immediately and even sent out a replacement item before they received the original back.
Customer service is EXCELLENT!

The Repo Guys had the best price online. It was easy to order and they have great communication - you know exactly where things are up to. My items were couriered over and I was very happy with the whole process. I will definitely keep them in mind now that I know about them.

There was an issue with the unit, but I was astonished by the lengths that the company went to rectify this situation. Got the madest price fridge for about quarter the price. Few small dents/sratches here n there, apart from that it looks pretty much brand new 2 me. They got heaps of other styles n products for sale as well.
