The Blue Leaf is a user friendly website, their product range is extensive and supporting information very helpful in selecting products. My order was delayed due to a supplier issue but I was kept informed by email throughout including delivery tracking.

These suppliers are top class. I live on the NSW Central Coast and I ordered shower fittings from Blue Leaf based on their internet ad. The items ordered arrived very safely packed and in good condition, however due to my technical incompetence I could not work out how to separate the wall fixing from its cover (it is a very tight fit). Cindy from Blue Leaf was most helpful, even to the point of getting a video from the manufacturers to show me how to do it. Thank you Cindy.

Just received my second online purchase from Blue Leaf Bathware & Tiles and they have impressed again with their timely delivery, clear communication, and competitive pricing. This has set them apart from other online retailers that I have ordered from recently (one in particular, with a similar name, that charged an exorbitant price for delivery and took at least 10 days to deliver something that could have been sent in a postage bag). The delivery I just received today was large (palleted) and arrived within a few days of ordering - excellent service and efficiency. Also they have a good selection of brands and stocked items. I recommend them.

I never post reviews because too much effort. However, this one really impressed me.

Living in Perth, you can generally anticipate a 4+ week delivery time for even small items through Aus Post. So a bath? Who knows how long that will take!

Our bath was logged at the Sydney depot late Tuesday and was delivered to my semi rural property in Perth at lunchtime today. It was due for delivery next week. Unreal to have an item of that size delivered in such a short time frame.

And the cost of delivery? Easily $500 cheaper than any other competitors based east coast.

Super happy customer here.

Absolutely astounding level of e-mail/real time communication for a relatively expensive rainhead Caroma showerpart, not usual for this industry/bathroom warehouse spare products industry. It shows they care if something goes wrong.
