Purchased some 18k gold studs for my wife. Lady at counter was so nice and helpful. I was there for 1 hour and she assisted the whole time.
I would not look too much into the other negative reviews here. My mother is also a repeat customer of KHJ. Can't fault the service or product

They sell not honest, when they sell me the ring they told me that is 18k gold but it is only 14k gold. And they also told they can help to clean and make it new whenever I want, but when I come to get their help, they ask for charge and show grumpy, not nice, impolite talking, it’s really bad, everyone shouldn’t buy in this store.
