The one and only sienna... each time I see her face my depression just disappears and im back to normal but... when I mean by her face... Sienna was super helpful and assisted me with the right items that I was looking for - I'd highly recommend to the manager for a pay increase for her as she was super lovely, professional and respectful.

Bad customer service!!!
I was told by the staff that they don't provide packing service. That's fine if that's their policy. Somehow some packing service at other aisle for some customer. That's confusing and unfair!!
My client who is local, she has disability and ageing, I support her to go shopping every fortnight and she spends more than $400-500 every time. That's a whole full trolley! Sometime we got helped by other customers but the staff was just watching and do nothing! Especially the staff works at aisle 6.

The checkout operator at aisle 3 today was really helpful. She helped packing and even offered to help deliver a full chart of item to the car. What a good staff, much appreciated!!

Nice friendly staff, not cluttered and clean. Easy to find what you're looking for as I went in for cat food as my local IGA closed in early January and other supermarkets don't have the loaf cans like iga do.

Not a full size IGA but close by & they always have what I need. Staff always friendly & helpful. You don’t need to worry if you forget your plastic bag/s.

To be honest I don't like going there at the moment with the covid 19 , I wish the police could be there more often to book the people who still don't wear the mask when shopping in Condell Park shops. Every day most people don't wear them.
