incompetent staff.. drove on 2 occasions to have a document signed by court staff and lodged over counter.. only to have the documents rejected on 2 occasions due to a email saying their court staff had not had their signatures witnessed ...this twice after going back to inform them of the issue as in my email ... still not fixed ....

Really disappointing to know how bad "justice" is. Very biased towards the mother. Weren't interested in our point of view at all and in the end fixed nothing. We went to court because the mother was using every flimsy excuse not to let the dad spend time with the kids and was still happening after court was over. Don't waste your time with the court system They are not interested in fairness

A failed court that has been looting wealth for their mates for years. Whatever judges need to tell themselves when they get up in the morning their self serving "interpretations" always favour insiders, and always drag things out. They cant enforce their own orders because NO ONE trusts family courts anymore. CLOSE it down so as to protect Australian kids

The experience I had last Friday when dealing with one of the particular admin from the front desk was very unpleasant. I have never had any problem with any admins when I go there filing my documents except an admin lady named Charlotte would always gave me hard time. The recent visit on last Friday It’s got worsen, she refused to preform her normal duty for me, I plead to her that I need to get it done ASAP as this is an urgent matter and also I need to go home to take my child to hospital for an operation at 1 o’clock. I asked to spoke to someone in charge, another lady named Bri( i’m not sure if that’s her name, that was what she told me and ask for her name for making an complain) she said because I have been rude to Charlotte, which was totally untrue. By the way, they cannot refuse to perform their duty because they think the customer has been rude to them. I asked if she can check the CCTV. I could tell she was hesitated , but because Charlotte has refused to perform service for me so She refuse serve me too just to cover for Charlotte. To make it even worse, Bri suggested to have someone else to talk to me, the last admin lady called Lynette came out and I read explained everything and hope that she can understand. Of course she rejected again. When I said I’m going to make a complaint she was basically saying “go-aheadl, this sounds like she is the complaint is not going to affect her at all. It’s frustrating me as these three Administrators Formed a Gang band to Cover each other’s faults. I made a serious formal complaint through Federal circuit court’s complain channel.

Pathetic.......you might aswell pluck someone off the street than these people. The ICL was pathetic
