Not as described in the reviews before, staffs there are very polite and ready to answer the customers' questions. Besides buying groceries of China and other Asian Countries, you can send parcels to China at a relatively fair expense there.

I see a lot of negativity but for me the staff were nice and even let me use their staff as only bathroom. I went in after to buy some stuff that turned out relatively cheap compared to other Asian grocery shops.

The fresh food isn't very fresh, and the overall variety of Asian food is not very abundant. However, there aren't many better options in Canberra city center, so it's passable. The service is still good.
