Went to the store today to exchange shoes that we purchased from another store. The sale assistant Mustafa assisted us. The shoes we wanted they didn’t stock but he looked at other stores that have the size we were looking for. He even called the store for us to pop it on hold. His customer service skills definitely a 10/10. Great experience in store. Thanks again for your help Mustafa.

Huge shop with all sorts of essential sports equipment and gym equipment. Staff are kind professional and helpful. It sells everything from small hand balls and table tennis rackets to basketball hoops and treadmills.

We went into Rebel Bankstown on Boxing Day of all days. Was great to see the price matched but what was especially commendable was Louise who helped us with a smile on her face the whole time. She was so professional, and cool and calm in a time when it was chaos and so busy. She really made an effort to help us and it’s greatly appreciated.

Good and fast customer service. I was picking up electric scooter 🛴 they didn’t made me wait very long and provide excellent service.

The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. There was plenty of variety and stock of training shoes and I had no trouble getting what I wanted.

The sales rep, who I asked for assistance, didn’t have the information I was seeking. So he sat down in front of me and looked up the information online to help me make the correct decision on what to purchase. He was very helpful, even if he didn’t know before being asked.

I ordered the last pair of a particular pair of basketball shoes click and collect my son wanted for his 13 th Birthday from Granddad . Next day I got a call from Julie informing me that there was in fact no stock . The solution however were three similar pairs to choose from . Julie was efficient and also price matched the chosen pair . Thankyou for your beautiful service .

The staff at this store are extremely helpful, patient and happy! Went there on two separate occasions to buy my daughter football boots and was served by three different staff members. They all provided the same level of great service.
The area was also very well presented, even though on both of occasions it was a busy weekend period

Best customer service experience. I had an issue with a faulty product, and the store manager (Dorm) was amazing helpful and personable too. The girl at the register was also great. Problem was sorted out quickly, perfect example of excellent customer service.

I would like to thank all the staff at Bankstown Rebel Sport for the amazing work that they always do and the support they give to their customers. I had a staff member go out of her way to pick up a pair of shoe for me just so I could have it before Easter, she was truly amazing, she told me she lived in the area but honestly! that's not the point, after a long day of work, on your feet all day, the fact that she's still stopped at a shopping centre, walk down to pick up the pair of shoes.. it's truly amazing I would like to thank her from the bottom of my heart and I honestly appreciate it. I love the Bankstown store and I do always come back.. thank you

Freindly staff but not enough of them. I've been here a couple of times and the only staff I can see is the ones behind the counter. This means there is no one to serve customers that need shoes to try on that are stored in the back.
