My second visit to the store and the customer service has been very good. The younger lady Sally I think her name is ? was very very helpful ! The store itself always looks beautiful and glad after walking past it 1928729228x for the past couple years I finally went inside.

I saw on tiktok the trending Arab perfumes/oils and didn't want to blind buy because I actually wanted to smell them. I bought the two boxed ones on my second visit after I didn't like the perfumes I picked from tiktok. Those were recommendations from her.

I loved how she asked about what scent I am after and my price range. It was great customer service because she knew the products well and can tell she is a hard worker because she managed to serve myself and two other men quickly but also still giving good attention to detail. I will be going back for my perfumes/oils !

Love to Shop Armani Gallery. Product and services are excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bought couple of stuff especially coffee and Tea set’s are very exceptional. Well decorated, maintained and authentic products can be found. Worth for Money. Love to shop this store. Recommend family and friends to visit.

One of the friendliest customer service teams I've encountered. They were courteous in offering assistance and mentioning the promotions. As I was asking about different prices the lady asked me "Have you got a particular budget?" Which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease, as I could only spend $50 that day. She even rounded down my purchase a couple of dollars to help me out. The products are delightful, diverse, and charming. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this for your next birthday gift shopping.

First time I walked and staff were so friendly and went out of their way to assist. I bought some oud incense which smells amazing and cheaper than other stores. They also have amazing homewares and perfumes. One of the ones I tried is still on my arm even after a shower so will be going back to grab perfumes

The staff is very kind and helpful , very nice shop and a very rare collection of abaya and dresses. I have never seen anywhere in Australia . Very exclusive design which make u look very beautiful with all sizes and colour which make it unique.

Went in and spoke to Sarah, she was very helpful, friendly, she took the time to show me various things and test the products out. I ended up buying much more than I went in for and some great gifts for Eid. Hard to find this level of friendly service these days and will definitely be back again - thanks for the lovely experience ☺

Got nice bakhur from here. They got variety of bakhur and more beautiful stuff. You enter the shop at Bankstown square in front of Kmart and will be greet by the friendly staff and amazed by nice products.
Will comeback again!
