I have been visiting Westmead Doctors and Specialists for a quite sometime now. I must say it has been a positive experience always. From the moment i walked in, i was greeted warmly by the reception staff. Their friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable though i have seen other patients making a mess for others to clean. My doctor made me feel like my health and well being is their top priority.
What impressed me the most was the professionalism and compassion exhibited by the entire staff. It's evident that they genuinely care about the patients they serve.
I have seen some patients who behaves very rudely to the staff and never appreciates back that they are doing wonderful job.. All doctors & Staff are Rocking stars!!! keep shining with your good work.

Gia, who works in the reception area, always books my appointments and does an amazing job. I always approach her, and she always takes care of me and guides me easily. She is very friendly, more importantly active and caring. Responds quickly. thanks jia...

I am visiting this center from past couple of years,the care provided by the doctors are more than 5 star. I really appreciate their efforts to provide high quality of care to their patients. Doctors never shows any rush in their appointments.
Front staff and nurses are very friendly too.

I really apprestiate Westmead doctors for doing exceptional work going above and beyond and carefully diagnosing the issue. I appreciate their patience and being helpful when needed.

One of the best clinic in this area with very experienced doctors and nurses and lovely reception staff .I accept the waiting time sometimes is longer approx 30 -45 mints.
Highly recommended doctors with their detailed diagnose as well. I always get detailed information for each query which always extends my consults and i have never experienced any doctor rushing in my consult.. Nurses are always co-operative and was super helpful when my dad visited the clinic. Reception is always ready to squeeze in the walk ins and always informs the waiting time whenever i am visiting.

Best experience ever!
We took the first 3 months initial consultation during my wife's pregnancy with Dr. Immadi from Westmead Doctors. The experience was great, Tele appointments were great too with her. They listened to us without rushing and suggested best options, prescriptions would arrive on mobile almost immediately. I would strongly recommend availing their service.

My wife and myself took the jab on Friday 06/08/2021 at 10:00 AM. The service was good and they were professional. The GP explained all the details of the Pfizer vaccine and the nurse who gave the jab was very good and didn't even feel the pain. I prefer everyone to go there.

We are seeing Dr. Immadi and Dr Parul for last 8-10 years. Before getting in contact with the Westmead Doctors, we have seen many GPs around parramatta region. I can tell you, the GPs in this medical centre are the best. Big shout for Dr. Meghana. You all are amazing, knowledgeable and true professionals.

Always a great Experience, we are visiting this Westmead doctors since many years now. The doctors and support staff is very professional and helpful awesome.

We had our second COVID-19 vaccination at this clinic. The entire process went really smooth with the great service provided by the staffs.

I had visited Westmead doctor’s 5 years ago for my pregnancy and postpartum health checks with Dr. Mydhili immadi. She is one of the best doctor’s I could have asked for in my pregnancy and parenting journey. She is very thorough, patient and assuring. Meeting her makes me get so much confidence and satisfaction in my recovery journey. I moved areas and had my second pregnancy. I came back to her because I wanted the best doctors for myself and my child. Thank you Dr. Immadi for your selfless service and support. Very lucky to have met you .

My partner and I have been seeing Dr Wendy Goh at this practice for over a year now and she has always been good to us! We both have fairly complicated medical issues which require a lot of management and she always takes the time to treat all of our issues with care and compassion. In some cases we've even found her more knowledgeable than specialists we've had bad experiences with, can't recommend her highly enough.

One of the best clinic in the area with experienced doctors who provide excellent patient care.

I have been attending this practice with my family for 4.5 years and our GP is Dr Immadi. I found her very professional, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. She listens to us very carefully and answers to all our questions. Even though it is a very busy bulk billing practice Dr Immadi takes care of her patients very well and she is very thorough. She never brush you off even when she is busy. I have recommended her to many of our relatives.

Visited the clinic for the jab and was very happy with the support received at the reception. Doctor provided clear instructions on the jab and guidance to take care after the jab. Nurse was so good that I didn't feel the pain of the shot and she did it just like that.
