The whole team were fantastic to deal with from their first site inspection and throughout the whole process.

The building has never looked so good.

The team were extremely professional and weekly on-site meetings kept everyone in the loop.

The Portable Access Rope System worked well where scaffolding and abseiling would have been difficult and costly. PEARS was quiet and unobtrusive.

We have just recently had our building facade painted by the team from CPR.
The building was built in 1969 and is 8 stories in height - the abseiling worked perfectly for the job.
Over 30 years I have been involved in many major projects and the guys from CPR were delightful to work with. The team was led by Vicente and nothing was a problem - the guys were always there to help.
The response from other residents in the building is the same - everyone thought all the guys on the job were very friendly, punctual, polite and super obliging.
The communications throughout the job was always open with weekly site meetings.
We have had positive comments from many of our neighbours about the fantastic result and I would not hesitate to recommend CPR.

We live by the sea and CPR completed painting of the exterior of our Strata Building in 2015. Seven (7) years later, it still looks great.

We were delighted with the end result of the work undertaken by CPR Group. Their abseiling skills were simply amazing as was the quality of the repairs and final paintwork. Their trades people were tidy, polite and respectful and undertook the task with minimal disruption to our residence.

The entire performance was faultless. The team worked diligently with care and precision as they quietly abseiled down our building. It was a long job over two buildings but it was noteworthy that Abdul and his team worked long hours here. There were no raised voices and than goodness no loud radios. For fifteen months, partly due to Covid, our building seemed to be under siege. Scaffolding had been required by the noisy team who needed to remove then our combustible cladding.
Having your Facade team was sheer delight after what had previously been a rude and noisy ordeal.

We have used CPR Facade Upgrade Specialists for many years. During this time Mark and his crew have always been very professional, obliging and friendly. Their work is of a high grade and always carried out in a timely manner. We are a block of 27 units over 7 floors with a garage area, wrap around balconies and flat roof area. This covers quite a large working area. I would highly recommend CPR to people wishing to upgrade their homes.

High quality work, customer-focused service, impressive outcomes. Project Manager Vicente Barba and his team were professional and responsive.

Ours is a block of six town houses, all of two to three floors. We chose CPR, in part because they were slightly lower than the other two quotes, but mainly because of the professional calm and expertise from the sales/management people.

That was only the start. Every aspect of the work was done in a methodical way, and when one of our number did not have one town house ready for work, they simply worked around that.

Because of their ropes system, there was no scaffolding for us to pick our way around or through, and they went out of their way to assist us with access. Somebody at CPR has trained the troops in old-fashioned courtesy.

They met unusual requests like avoiding one unit while there were violin lessons going on, and one of our number commented especially on their attentiveness to detail and respect of privacy.

They finished in less than the estimated time (they were affected for two days by torrential rain, but even got around that), they cleaned up perfectly, and happily fixed our three minor "you missed a bits", while finding a fourth one that we had missed.

There simply wasn't any way that I could fault any part of the service, and my only complaint is that they don't allow us to hand out six stars. They really ARE that good!

In late 2019, CPR painted the exterior of our apartment complex. The Owners Corporation was so happy with CPR's workmanship we engaged them to return and paint our interior common areas last year.

CPR's "No Scaffolding System", PEARS, delivered us a very cost effective and timely solution, which was achieved with minimal impact on our residents and gardens!

CPR painting recently completed an external paint project to a medium rise residential unit block in Zetland. The CPR team were excellent to deal with, their professionalism and customer focus was evident throughout the project and they were happy to accommodate any requests from both the residents and client. 3 buildings , one 19 floors high was expertly painted in record time, despite some windy and wet weather, by the politest and nicest painters that arrived on my balcony one afternoon. They were efficient , neat and tidy and amazingly unobtrusive! Amazing work!

CPR repainted the large apartment complex in which I live. They were very communicative, helpful, and clear about what to expect. The building looks great!

The guys were great. On time and excellent to deal with even though I personally did not arrange their job . (done via a third party) The finish to the whole building looks amazing. Definitely would recommend.
