We bought a Hyundai for our daughter from M & L.
I’d always been worried buying from a car yard but after talking with Mark I thought a bit differently. The car seemed to drive well, the sales team weren’t pushy. The price was decent so we decided to buy it.
After a week or so an airbag light stuck on the dash & the passenger window had a fault so I called Mark to have it fixed.

He was happy to help out, a couple of months later my daughter bought the car up from Wollongong and we organized to drop it there.
A few days later we picked it up from their mechanic and so far so good, it’s fixed.

The service from the team was great, I never felt like they were trying to rip me off or trying to get out of fixing a fault in the car.

I’d happily recommend these guys. Not your usual car yard and salesmen.

I bought a Peugeot 208 in February from Mark and his team.
Mark makes it really easy to work with, not another sales who doesn't care about what you need or look for.
The car is great and the price was more than reasonable.
On top of that, you can even better get an idea of the kind of people you are dealing with when an issue arise.
Within the first 3 months of owning the car I had minor issue with the car and had to get it fixed by my own repair shop.
Mark once again made it really easy to reach an agreement on who will cover what.
Definitely a trust worthy shop that I recommend.

Recently I bought a Toyota Corolla for my son, the car runs really well, no problems at all. Mark was really good, friendly and easy going. He was really helpful explaining the process and what we had to do, we felt reassured and it made the experience of buying a second hand car easy, especially as it was my first time purchasing a second hand car. Bought a second hand Suzuki Swift from Principal Dealer Mark about 2 weeks ago. He was very friendly, supportive, and happy to communicate with us. He let us test drive the car at our own pace and offered a very good price and fair deposit. The car is in excellent condition and I am very happy with the sale. I rarely give a public review to a business, but this one is exceptional. I purchased a Nissan Pulsar with Mark. He's been very nice from the beginning. After 2 weeks got a problem with the car, came back to Mark and the problem is solved without questions asked. Was very happy and satisfied with the level of service and commitment from the seller!

Did not go ahead with a purchase but the service here was awesome! Very honest and up front. Was there on Sunday and they were very accomodating showing us vehicles and talking through things.

No pressure on sales, they leave it to you letting the vehicle sell itself rather than trying to sell you something you’re going to be unhappy with. Good selection of vehicles and they do seem to turn over quickly.

If M&L had what I wanted in when I was there I would have definitely made a purchase here. Very happy almost-customer. Keep up the great work guys!!!

5 Star M&L. Purchased my first car here a couple of weeks ago, it was a great experience. Not only where the boys able to find me a car that delivered on what I was looking for, they went above and beyond to make sure I had peace of mind with the purchase.
