James Lane Maroochydore

We purchased the Riley modular sofas and the round concrete table. Pricing was super competitive, the table has not yet docked (shipping delay) so the sofa was delivered seperately. We were not charged a separate fee for the two deliveries. Delivery was on time and the guys were great. The quality and colour of the sofa are excellent. It is cheaper then other stuff we were looking at but the quality seems exactly the same

Such a nice fun vibe, joked with us helped us pick best suited furniture, even moved an entire table and put it next to another one across the store so we could see the colour difference. He gave me a quote informed me on offers available and we ended up getting ours to be delivered in an awesome short time frame! Highly recommend David to anyone who shops there 😇

My wife and I literally went into EVERY furniture store in the Homemaker Centre in Maroochydore and finally ended up at James Lane and lucky we did. These guys are really great in the way they 'sell' to you and support you in decision making. Honestly, we would have been the world's biggest pains in the as$ with the decision making dramas we were going through, but nothing bothered them and they were supportive, honest and down-to-earth the whole way along. Jason was out man and you could tell that he was a business man in a former life and just kept it real and was invaluable to the experience. Its a painful experience shopping for furniture with your partner(at least for me), yet, we would not hesitate in recommending these guys who make the bigger retailers look a little pedestrian TBH. We will use them again to fit out our retreat in time! Massive thanks to Jason and the team at James Lane.

Popped into my local James Lane as we needed a new lounge. Was greeted by Tony who was so helpful in helping us choose the perfect style for us. He was happy to leave us to decide and once confirmed, the sale was seamless right down to our delivery! Extremely happy with our purchase. Brooke was super lovely too!

David is fantastic - attentive and ensures we have access to everything we want to look at, but also gives us the space to explore the store. Deliveries are always on time, and sometimes exceed our expectations. All in all a great experience, would highly recommend to anyone.

What a great store James Lane Maroochydore is. Beautiful items for decorating and furnishing your home at great prices and great quality. Cushions are a third of the cost of some of the other stores outside the centre. The staff are absolutely fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We were taken through the store by a lovely Stylist called Maureen. There was so much to choose from that I was so glad to have the Stylist help me. Thanks David for your assistance.

We went in to purchase some cushions and throws. Erin was super helpful and help us cart cushions and throws to a couch in the shop to style them with us. Nothing was an issue for her. I have since been back to the shop and she has helped me again. The shop itself has beautiful furniture. Thanks again Erin and I will be back. Erin is very knowledgable in styling, colour theory and is just a very nice person.

She listened to what I wanted and shared her expert knowledge. I found the PERFECT lounge and accessories for our family and I keep going back to purchase more decor from Erin. I recently purchased one of the Art & Science platinum mattresses from James Lane. I was so impressed with the service from their in-store team. They provided really honest recommendations on mattress firmness and what would be best for us, and the 30 day guarantee definitely made making a decision on a mattress less scary. We ended up going with a firm feel, although by the 2nd week we were feeling like it was a little too firm for us. I called the store and the team was so amazingly accommodating and instigated a swap to the balanced comfort which was such an easy process and all done in a 3 minute phone call. The team kept me up to date on when to expect delivery throughout the process. Even the couriers they use were very professional and efficient, they took our firm and swapped it with the balanced comfort in no time at all. We now have the balanced comfort and it is honestly such a great mattress. We can't believe that a mattress this comfortable was this affordable. Even compared to the more expensive brands we tried out, the Art & Science takes the cake.

We had such an amazing experience getting our bed, Kieren (Maroochydore, Homemaker Center
) was super helpful and patient. We have been struggling to get one in others shops and he got us our bed in a week.
The shop is SO beautiful, but the attention from Kieren made the service memorable.
