Expresso car wash

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried giving this place a go due to the extremly busy car park at rouse hill town centre.

Upon arrival i had said "hello" to the man (whom i presume to be the owner) and in return i was yelled at to "just wait", understandably it was busy so i ignored it. Agreed on a price and I was told a pick up time, he took my keys and I left with my family to go shopping.

Upon pick up, i went to the little booth office, told the man i was here to pick my car up, he asked for a ticket (he didn't give to me one) I told him I never got a ticket, he then yelled in my face, grabbing the ticket booklet waving it in my face, yelling "everyone gets a ticket! No ticket then I don't know your car" I told him once again he didnt hand me any ticket, i told him my car make, model & Rego. He then grabbed my keys waved them aggressively in my face asking if these where my car keys & how much he had quoted. After confirming they where my keys.

He then pinned into the eftpos machine the amount agreed upon. I paid and said to him, "I understand you're busy, but you never gave me a ticket, there's no need to be rude to me". He replied in a sarcastic tone, "you'll find it somewhere when you get home".

If this man treats his customers like this, I feel worried for his employees.

I decided to write this review after reading all the other negative reviews. I'm so grateful my car wasn't seriously damaged like other customers, in saying that i now have damage that wasnt there proir to there service, thank goodness its not down past the paint & can hopefully be buffed out by an actual professional! My car definitely wasn't cleaned properly. 0 Stars, i only rated 5 stars so this would come up to potential customers.

Not sure why such negative earlier reviews, I took my mazda 3 here on the weekend and the service was amazing, the young guy (forgot his name) we had a chat about his stinger GT and some extra car care advice then dropped it off and came back an hour later as promised to an amazingly shiny like new mazda 3! thanks for the great detail job

Originally I was a little concerned about taking my car here after reading some of the reviews on here, however I wanted to form my own opinion based on my own experience. I took my car in for a detail a couple of weeks ago and I have to say, my experience was very positive! They were professional and top notch quality of work! The price was very fair when compared to others. It just goes to show that giving a fair go to form my own opinion based on my own experience really paid off! I'll definitely be back.

Amazing and friendly service. The team graciously sped up the service so I could pick kids up from school in time, did extra work (but didn’t charge me extra) with grass and sand from football boots and trips to the beach and did it all with smiles on their faces+The car looks like I just drove out of the dealer. So well cleaned inside and out. Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks so much guys.

My husband and I have both had our car washed here a number of times. Service was professional and thorough. We were both really happy with the washing, polishing and vacuuming of our cars.

I was hesitant to go here because of the low reviews. Older guy working at counter, was friendly. Got my car washed, cheaper than the other place in the shopping centre, same service, seemed fine for me. Not sure why the other reviews are so low. I can only rate based on my experience.

These guys do a great job much better experience than STAR car wash and the boss really takes pride on each and every job! I will come back again!

I get my car washed here almost every time I do the groceries. They've never done a bad job and I am very particular about my car.

Great swrvive

Had my car cleaned as I was selling it and needed it to sparkle. Opted for the sapphire treatment and was delighted with how fresh and clean it looked. The cleaning took two hours and my car was ready when they promised. Buyer was also very happy. Thank you.

Had a car wash was okay

Service was very average. Still quite a bit of dust, dirt, dead bugs and water marks on the exterior of the car. Cant say I'm overly happy with the service but was in a hurry so couldn't have it rectified.

Next time I will pay my 12 yr old daughter she does a much better job. Even payed $30 extra for a better clean inside as you can see from pictures there is dirt left in spots all over the car , save your money and go somewhere else, i won't be back
