Excellent place for groceries and house needs with good customer service encouraging all sort of multicultural festivals by providing the required products essential for all sort of festivals and events.

Many Options to choose from and rates are reasonable. Worth travelling all the way from city. Please keep an eye on the products expiry date as there are few with expiry date on shelf( i had to take a ghee bottle to the front counter to get it removed from shelf), otherwise a good shop

Having lot of parking space ant the back and lot of street parking , easy to transfer the goods into the car , and it’s adjacent to all amenities like restaurants, chemist wareshouse school , petrol station.

Sri Lakshmi supermarket is almost a game changer as it has grabbed good amount of market share as customers from indian sub continent have been loyally going to neighbouring Udaya Supermarket over the past 18 odd years. It has taken over Patel Bros super market that failed to attract regular customers. Goods wise, its one stop shop for pretty much what an Indian family wants in their kitchen and pantry. Veggies, snacks, sweets and other festival items are on sale from time to time. Customer service is good. Initially I was taken back when I experienced bad service from one of the staff member but I have given them another chance, thereby met the owner who is sincere and hard-working. He usually interacts with customers and I have known many of my friends who have now shifted their loyalty to this shop. I shop at both Udaya and Sri Lakshmi as per my convenience. Prices wise there is nothing like it's cheaper or expensive than competitors. There's always little differences here and there. Aisles all are well stocked and one gets familiar if shopped regularly. They have extended the shop and now it's more spacious.

This outlet has better customer service in the area. The cost of items are also cheaper than most shops in the area.
That Briyani guy can be a bit arragont and the briyani average these days.
Otherwise good customer service for better rates. The owner actually talks to you when compared to Udaya.
Like the masala tea and coffee.
I recommend this place and worth my travel time.

And yes as of March 2022, they have extended the shop.

Helpful staff, the guy at store checked twice on us if we needed help with the rice, informed on specials that week.
We bought original India gate export sona masoori rice here (Udaya sells rice meant for sale in India which are of lower quality -found it after emailing India gate export office ). They have other brands like Telugu brand , whose Idli rava is very good. Overall ,very satisfied with the stock availability and pricing.

Went for buying 25 Kg rice bag, asked for a trolley - was told they dont have any trollys. Then was directed to ask another staff member - who repeated the same. No help offered. I dont think anyone is interested to sell here. This is the worst of customer service. Eventually returned empty handed. Do I have buy and bring my own trolley - if it fits in my car ? Wondering how woolies and coles are handling their customers..

Very nice and unique collections Sri Lakshmi has. I used to go directly to udaya initially, but now I do prefer to compare the collections and visit Sri Lakshmi first.
