Coles Westmead

Coles is my favourite grocery store because of its extensive selection. From fresh produce to pantry staples and even specialty items, they seem to have it all. The quality of their products is consistently high.

Coles Westmead is a top supermarket that I've been too many times.

The staff are really good, it's extremely well stocked and they sell quite a bit of Indian & Middle Eastern food (to suit the local tastes of the area including Persian yours truly).

I quite like it and parking is really easy, just underneath the centre.

Best place to find quality and affordable Chocolate Mud cake which you cannot find anywhere else. In addition to that, they have weekly offers on various products which are on our daily needs. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

There is always plenty of parking. Shelves are well stocked. Usually little to no wait at checkout. Great bakery section. However no deli section.

With a 10month old and limited time to spare. I rushed in trying to juggle a baby and a bunch of groceries when a male worker at the self check out name started with a R around 4pm 14/02, helped me scan my groceries. This is what great customer service is. Please pass this feedback onto him. Parking is great also.

Nice large supermarclose to Westmead Hospital. Everything from fresh fruit, deli, meat and everyday dropping items. There is a bottle shop off to the side of it. Free underground parking too....

A very much needed grocery shop for Westmead.

Really cool place but look out for the rude lady at the self checkout .
Who would not even price check or help and old Indian man
Then tell me I cannot put my coins in the machine because there's not enough space for my coins
She also offered every single customer while I was there if they collected harry potter cards but me
She should not be in self service
I thought the self serve attendants were there to help others
But that day I felt both left out
And circled upon by this particular attendant
I just hope for a better experience next time

Great Coles with what you need. Plenty of underground car parking free for a certain amount of time. Just when you do go up connect to their free wifi as reception is very minimal inside the building.

I'm giving 5 star to the staff named gaetan. He was delighted to help me and my husband at the counter. He knows how to treat a customer right!

So easy for parking and access to the shop

Good parking and lots of parking availability. It has great selection of fresh produce. Neat and tidy store layout. Easy to find things around. Bakery section is amazing. Plenty of choices.

I had a great experience the first time I visited westmead supermarket. Spacious parking space, friendly customer service representatives, unique products, delicious food and outstanding bread. You can also give a trial.

Super nice and spacious Coles. Lovely friendly checkout youngsters. They have alot of packers doing the shelves etc and this means the shelves are always stocked. A good clean vibe.
Bit of a mini India in that Coles, which is the majority population make-up in that suburb i guess. Indian people are lovely so that's cool.

You have great staff. Leanne has a great grip on products in store and where exactly they are. She has a very good memory and helping tendency. Kudos 👏

This is my regular place to shop and today I arrived to find the gates partially closed. I arrived earlier than usual so I assumed that they were not open until later. I waited with a small group of hopeful shoppers, some of them were very impatient and verbal. After a short time a lovely staff member came to the front where we were standing and advised that the computers were down. She then said that she would serve us but she could only accept cash. I must say that I was able to shop as I had cash. She was wonderful and used a calculator. It was slow as she had to write all the codes. This lady needs to be complimented and she is an asset to Coles. Thank you for a job well done.

A well located Coles with extremely accessible parking. The store is a larger Coles, with the full range you would expect. It is a little on the older side, but this doesn't really matter and in a way almost adds charm. Proximity to some other smaller stores is also quite useful. Very easy to stop by here on the way home from work.

Can't fault it other then different layout from our local Coles. I found staff approachable when I got lost and that is huge. Shelves had different foods and representative of local people from international countries. Can't fault them at all. Easy location from hospital, plenty of parking if by car and on a bus route..

I’ve just moved to Westmead area and it was my first time to go to Coles Westmead. Huge area with tidy shelves. The staff were so friendly especially the cashier woman did my check out. She was so welcoming and experienced . She politely asked me to put my trolley at the end of the path and also asked me to stay behind the payment tap-on thing. When I asked about the reason, she patiently answered that doing this will ease the process of payment and also this is what the manager asked of us. Then I asked her name to have a good greeting with her to give her back the positive energy I received from her. Her name was spelled M-E-H-R -I Very good experience for me. Recommended to all👍🏻👍🏻

You get all that you need. it opens from 7am till midnight. Ample of parking space, first 3.5 hrs of free parking after that it become expensive. It's got veggies, groceries, pet food and other pet items. Gardening items are also available. They have fresh bakery in store where you can get brash bread, baked cookies, puff and other bakery stuff.
