Woolworths Berala

This Woolworths is close to my place and parking is super easy. I am impressed by its staff member's customer service. very helpful. Tonight I went in there at around 10 pm and Isharat was there at the counter, as she couldn't allow me to go in the shop, when I requested, she went in there herself and got me my groceries. She went beyond her responsibility, and such customer service is rare indeed. Her communication was very polite and pleasant, she possesses all the qualities to be in a higher position and can lead by example. I wish her all the best.

Always tempted to see the deals they have every day.

Even on the busiest of shopping days, staff and machines work to serve you to have a pleasant shopping experience. In one year, I never met an unreasonable queue.

Great time of day to shop with shelves full and a few good "specials" available. The store was busy, but not crowded. I got what was needed and used Self-Serve Checkout. All good! (I took my own carry bags as well).😊

The local supermarket, they have improved the products and services heaps for the past 3 years but Deli and Seafood seem not much change, should have more varieties for customers other than that all good.

Woolworth Berala always a safe place to shop.

A good place with all items you need. There are plenty of other shops and restaurants nearby, so it makes easy for you to have a nice shopping trip. The train station just around the corner makes it way more easier for people without a car.

The only supermarket that has stock of A2 baby formula on a regular basis. Don't know what you guys are doing differently regarding stock replenishing that the other stores ain't getting right. Doesn't matter though, it's working. Keep up the good work.

Very nice and busy good layout with a lot of stock. Usually on Sundays alot of woolies don't have enough stock. But this one was well replenished. Staff was very helpful and lead me perfectly in the right direction 5 out of 5

I go here at least twice a month to do my groceries n have been going since they opened the doors. The staff is always polite, all the products I usually buy r in stock n rarely have to wait on a line at register. Heaps of parking n nearby stores n cafes, take always etc.

Highly rated for me you can get a lot of item in just one place, but I walk around the whole store and there is no condom! Why? I got my missus all juiced up waiting at home for me. I should have given it one star.

It has an underground parking that good during rainy days. They have international section where you can find Asian food and spices. Near the train station and there are plenty of asian shops around the vicinity.

Good range of products, though a smaller Woolworths. It has most products I need most of the time.

Been here countless times. Staff are always there to help when needed at Barela (I can't say this about all Woolworths stores). Underground carpark has plenty of room. BWS is also located nearby.

Great hot food is sold there along with the usual stuff. It has alot of parking and several fastfood joints next to it. It is very spacious and doesnt feel like the usual cramped shopping experience.

Friendliest staff of any Woolies I've been to. Not the largest but has everything you expect from any supermarket.
