one of the best doctors around, only problem you can never get through on the phone always goes straight to message bank.

I have been attending this medical centre for 3 years and can confidently recommend Dr Tamanna Parvin as my gp, she is an excellent & very professional doctor, she is caring and thorough, she has always taken the time to explain any health concerns I have. A very friendly and approachable doctor that I can highly recommend, if there is a waiting time it's only due to her being so popular with her patients, also she excels in women's health issues and is brilliant with children. I can speak to her about anything. Dr Alsaad is also good doctor, & one of the receptionists called Tania is so sweet and helpful...

Doctor Alsaad is an amazing Doctor! Patient, explains everything, listens to you, refers to good specialists, gentle with blood tests etc, doesn't push pills onto you for nothing. Everything you would like to see in a good doctor. There are times that the wait is a bit long but its worth the wait just to see him. Put your name down and go do your shopping at the centre then come back. There is no other doctor than Doctor Alsaad himself that I could recommend as highly in this area. I've lived here since 1989. If he's busy its because he is so good.

My experience with this medical centre leaves me with a sense of confidence and total peace of mind. Many on the spot treatment and referral elsewhere when needed.

Dr Alsaad has been my family doctor for many years now. He is very caring and knowledgeable. I don't think they are taking on new patients you would have to call them directly.

This was a fairly a basic visit nothing to much to write home about, doctor was helpful and explained what I needed to do.

Had all the basics at the centre, nothing that was wildly outstanding. The waiting room is very small and cramped.

It wasn't a bad experience, waited a bit, but got to see the doctor ok in the long run. It was ok.

The doctor is great and the usual receptionist is amazing at her job. The lady who covered for her today on the 4th of July 2023 was incompetent, said patient has to come in to be included in the queue of patients even though I gave all the details over the phone. My mum has been there before and her details are already in the system which she verified saying she only came in last oct but then my mum went in 3 days ago for a blood test. My mum is very sick and the receptionist did not have the presence of mind nor the understanding to do a 2 sec booking via phone. I had to go in to get the appt booked when she again said we don't do phone appts and only do them for old people. If the facility is available for old people it should be available to others which the usual receptionist does really well. Overall the receptionist made it a horrible experience.

Please when it’s public holiday let your patients know by putting a sign on you door saying we’re closed for the public holiday instead us waiting at the door for 1/2 hour thinking that you are opened on Saturday, even if you put it on your voice message saying that we are closed on Saturday that will be greatly appreciated, I’m making an 88 year old lady waiting for you to open
