Very happy with the back up service from Hitachi and will recommend. Have had both drill and impact driver replaced within the 3 year warranty period without Hitachi trying to weasel out of it. Good tools, good warranty and good service from the service guys at Seven Hills!

I have sent to you, two photos of the "Worlds best Router Table" together with the best Router in the world. The outlines of the two tables, including the joints, are all made with this equipment. Years ago I used to demonstrate for your company in Canberra. I wonder if anybody still remembers ? Only recently I started to look at it and I wonder why there is so little interest in Routers ? I've used Hitachi cordless tools for nearly 15 years as a builder, they were once quality tools but during the last few years they have failed miserably. Burnt out 2 grinders, Sds hammer drill packed it in, brushless impact driver won't reverse, a 5amp battery lasted under 12 months and cordless drill chuck is slipping. Wasting time and losing money while they take weeks to decide if they will fix/replace and not returning calls. Im now looking for another brand. Check gumtree for all my remaining useless, pathetic Hitachi kit . . .going cheap.

Zero service so Hitachi should get zero stars but unfortunately 1 star is as low as I can go. They claim to have a 24-48 hour turnaround for customer service enquiries and then completely ignore everything that comes in via their phone messaging and website and don't respond at all. Most of the time the contact page on their website comes up with an error - which is what anyone who buys a Hitachi power tool is doing by buying the product. I don't know how any tradesperson could deal with this organization.
