Rami and his staff are just wonderful. Always courteous and extremely helpful. We followed him as customers from where he started with his first pharmacy. Would never go anywhere else.
From all the bad reviews we are wondering, who is that rude pharmacist? We never met him.
We always have a friendly approach and that is whatmwe are getting back.
We love all the people working there.

Great little chemist that has expanded over the last few years. From 1 owner and 1 employee to quite a few different employees now in a larger shop. Very convenient position with Coles, bottle shop, Dr next door etc. I honestly couldn't be happier and it worms my heart to see the development over the years from 2 people to now, about 6. This business is proof that hard work goes a long way. Well done and keep up the good work

Smaller sized chemist that is friendly and easy going. One small thing they could to do better is replace out of stock items quicker.

Nice little pharmacy, staff are friendly, however prescriptions are over double the price than where I use to go. They refuse to price match so I unfortunantly will not be using this chemist, and will travel else where. A few dollars difference would be ok, but not paying double.

Will not be coming back due to extremely poor customer service. It was average my first time here and so bad this time it warranted a bad review. Middle aged lady serving on 19/7/21 at till 214 (Didn't see her name) couldn't manage a hello, smile or any conversation when I was looking for a product. When a customer comes in smiles, says hello and tries to talk, the least you could do is return the courtesy.

The pharmacist here is beyond rude. His arrogance is astonishing. Completely and utterly unhelpful and patronising. Oh sorry sir I didn't realize you were a god, and I'm just a feeble little customer.
Refused to sign a stat declaration even though there was not a single other customer. Stating " I can't do it"
Why, I enquired- " I just can't" was the response. I feel the store attendant was embarrassed by him.

The owner is really nice and helpful, the other pharmacist on the other hand is rude and arrogant.
Didn't want to help me at all and when i asked him a question he just looked at me as if i was beneath him and didn't answer me, disgusting person.
