Tynan MG Service

Second time to the MG service centre and on both occasions they have been great. Reasonably priced, quick and efficient drop off, good communication and additional optional services offered. Quick process for pick up too and good friendly customer service.

Always great service from everyone here. I travel 2 hours just to have Tynans look after my vehicles...

Mg car unlocks while driving, have sent two videos in showing this, but because it can't be replicated in the workshop, it's not going to be fixed. Car also loses power, when I take off from stop. One year ago, I bought my car in for this issue, and now, 12 months later, more repairs ( some at my expense because not covered under warranty)..have almost been hit by another vehicle, because of the power loss. I'm now waiting for spare parts to arrive. NOT GREAT SERVICE. When I finally did pick this car up, I noticed the left brake light was not working. But the service report shows they were OK, when checked by their mechanic, my question is, were the brake lights checked Tynan?

If you are planing on getting an MG, DO NOT BUY IT!
Mine had had many issues since i bought it.
Sent multiple emails with bideos attached and i keep getting ignored.

I had to give 1 star so I could comment. Yes a month wait I got too and book in date was one day after my warranty run out I said to person on phone well I'm telling you now but to no avail. I don't know why tynan can't operate like other car yards try and catch up try working Saturday what about the customer oh no maybe don't sell cars that need to be in workshop all the time it's such a drama taking your car there and stress hoping you will get it back one day but not on a Saturday. Buy the way no stars. And I still have a oil leak I'll just have to put up with it keep it topped up and don't park on nice driveways.

My car broke down and I called in to get the car towed in and looked at, they told me theres nothing they can do because they are booked out for over a month, August 18th. They were not helpful or accommodating at all.
