Massive chocolate selection

The sign outside said “will back in 15mins” but I have standed outside, in front of the door for like 25mins, but no one’s there and no one pick up the phone. That’s ridiculous. You only have 1 store in all over the southern of Sydney, and I’ve drives for like 40mins to your store, I arrived in between the working hours, but I still couldn’t get what I wanted, ridiculous. Bad management of staff and unresponsive staff.

I was waiting in front of the shop at 9.10 am this morning waiting for the lady to open! Nothing happened! One lady passed and told me that she thinks the store will opened at 9.30!
Way not put some time open on the front? I was driving from Blakehurst specifically for shopping in the store!
