Great price, sent express post and no hassels at all. Can't fault their service. Was a little sceptical due to the other reviews but well and truly recommended. 👍🏼

After receiving over 1/2 an hour of very helpful advice over the phone regarding some Rigid lights for my Ram and put an online order in and requested express freight ($30) to Canberra. I received a tracking advice something like 20 minutes later to say it had been shipped and it arrived 10am the next working day - super impressed and appreciative thankyou!

Seen some pretty poor reviews here but my experience was fine for the most part. After seeing the reviews I was a bit hesitant but I really wanted a part they sold that was either unavailable elsewhere or way too expensive being shipped from the states. So I decided to call them first to see if stock was available. Seems like they have a 24 hr helpline which was impressive for a small retailer, the guy I spoke to on the phone seemed not interested but did apparently check stock and said they had it. Honestly I was not convinced after that call but still went ahead and hoped I got someone on a bad day. Anyway product shipped next day and was received day after. So no real complaints here. Purchased the Rigid Industries tube mounts for my light bar. Fits perfectly and good quality product.

Ordered a Item on line and paid for it and then requested additional international charges which I understand as it was a international order.

Had difficulty viewing my tracking number but was quickly sorted out.

Snake racing sent me wheel spacers that were delayed 3 weeks due to aus post fault. The sales staff were extremely helpful in trying to track down the parcel. They offered to send a second set whilst trying to track down the originals. A week after I received the spacers snake racing sent me a bunch of stubby holders. Great company and awesome customer service. Thanks heaps.

Another visit to Snake Racing today and the service and advice again top notch, as I have always found it to be. I really enjoy tapping into Brian's knowledge as to what makes a great light (for my exact situation).
I first bought a set of Rigid Industry lights from Brian and Kristy in Feb of 2016.

Since then I've seen so many people scratching their heads when they've seen the lights... wondering how so much light (and an amazing even spread) comes from such small form factor housings.

And of course Snake Racing don't just have lights. They have an extensive range of other 4wd accessories as well.

Got some amazing service and great advise from Ryan.
He took the time to talk me through my new 4x4, what it needed and what it didn't need.
10/10 will definitely be back again.
