As a new spa owner I went there with no idea of what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Chris was informative, patient and courteous. He helped me with my issue and offered cost saving advice. This will now be my go to store.

A great local pool shop. They’re open on Sundays and have great customer service.

I love the free pool water testing service and the print out of instructions on what to do with adding the chemicals and which order too. I like that it’s straight forward and there’s no pushy up sell for more products like another shop I used to frequent.

Outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable. I bought a zodiac MX6 and it kept getting stuck on my pool stairs. Chris consulted with me over the phone multiple times and with his knowledge and expertise we were able to resolve this issue in a few days! He always took my calls and was happy to help me and go the extra mile to give me great after sales service ! Thanks again !

I've come to this shop 3x over the last 3 weeks and spent a total of $150 on orings and small jet parts for our pool. If it wasn't for these guys advice I would have replaced a sand filter and motor of others advice. Their free advice and great knowledge of fault diagnostics saved us over $1500 in parts and labour for nothing.
Great guys, definitely know their stuff. Just be patient in understanding them as pool's don't always make sense even to someone with tradie knowledge.

We had requested a highly detailed clean on our pool and we were very disappointed with the job that was done. We went into the store and spoke to Chris, who listened to us and was just as disappointed as we were. He assured us that he would complete the job himself. He even followed up with 2 phone calls for updates. What an amazing job he did. Thank you for your impressive customer service and quality. Our pool is definitely ready for summer. Much appreciated!

Great experience friendly staff

I've been having some dramas with my pool cleaner, so I went in to see about getting a replacement. I was happy to fork out the funds that day, but Chris told me that the cleaner I was going to buy would be going on sale at the end of the month. Really decent of you mate, I appreciate how much you saved me by letting me know.

I own and operate Fin Aquatics and Recreational Center on 62 Market street. Smithfield. and I have have been dealing with Maple pool for some months now. I recommend Maple Pools to everyone hands down . Their customer service and willingness to help is just great.

Once again I cannot fault the advice, service and value of the larger items at Maple Pools. Ordered a saltwater chlorinator this morning, received it early afternoon and installed it straight away. Saved hundreds of dollars again. Thank you Maple Pools.

Bought my new pool pump, salt water chlorinator and filter from here. Got great value for money and the installer was really knowledgeable and had my pool back online within a couple of hours.
