Northline

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Lana and Jake from Northline. Last week I had a large delivery coming from Victoria and had to arrange strong friends to come help as I'm kinda pint-sized with injured wrist, elbow and knee currently.
When I called the Customer Service Line and spoke with Lana to explain I really need a call ahead process in place, she was very understanding, patient, efficient and helpful. I have not experienced that high level of professional customer service from any other business in a long time. It was so refreshing and exceeded my expectations.
The delivery driver, Jake called ahead as arranged, arrived exactly on time, expertly maneuvered the bulky goods and was cheerful and helpful.
I am a busy slightly stressed out small business woman who last week was trying to juggle a lot of tasks but the Northline staff and their exceptional service helped immensely and I cannot thank them enough. Please pass on my gratitude to them both.

I was recommended 3 transport companies who deliver freight from Sydney to Adelaide ( 3 Tonne to be exact) and I have to say Northline Transport by far had the best customer service and actually promised and delivered in all area's.
This was a very specific delivery and the timeline and instructions were pretty outrageous.
For example the delivery was in the heart of Adelaide's cbd in a small laneway with a tail gate delivery.
The communication from every staff member I spoke with outlining my concerns was answered and the delivery was like clock work.

Great communication is key I feel.
I can't thank you enough as transport companies are under so much pressure these days.

Amazed at how streamlined and smooth the transaction and the transportation went. 7 days to get a crate from Perth to Sydney metro at a great price too. Getting quote online and having to call to book was a minor inconvenience but overall it was great, staff just got the job done. Driver did attempt an early pickup ahead of scheduled date but otherwise was great and on time. Thanks a lot.

Had a 15000$ set of brabus mufflers for a g63 amg sent from Perth using Northline .. they did such a good job I went out picked them save them the delivery was on time landed at there depot was easy as kind polite and will use them again … thanks guys for getting my stuff safe here and being legends when I came out :)

We are VERY happy with the service Northline provided. They shipped 25 cartons from Central Coast of NSW to Alice Springs and everything arrived on time, without a hitch. Northline have shown the Indigenous people of remote Central Australia great generosity in helping us to transport warm winter clothes to those here who living in very difficult conditions. Thank you Northline. You are a great and generous company, we have no hesitation in recommending your excellent transport service.

Excellent service I have received and gary231 (the driver)was so patience and very helpful. He went extra mile to help putting the large cabinets into our garage. We will not hesitate to use this company again.

I just want to say that you have very polite and helpful drivers I have dealt with. I want to congratulate your company for this important but overlooked trait. I’m in Annandale in a tiny narrow Lane way and your drivers do their best to load and unload quickly without blocking any traffic or driveways . 5 stars!

I was recently involved in a donation drive to assist children on the Mid North Coast of NSW who have been affected by the destructive bushfires. I contacted Northline after receiving a recommendation from a friend of mine who described the Northline team as "very approachable". I called with a rather unique request for Northline to donate some space in one of their delivery vehicles to assist in transporting a large number of boxes to the Mid North Coast. These boxes were filled with clothing, books and toys to help children whose homes had been lost in the fires around the Macleay area.

When I called, I spoke with Janet who I found to be extremely helpful and receptive to the idea. She asked that I email through my request so she could take it directly to the CEO. Within just a few hours, Janet had gotten back to me to say that the CEO had approved the donation and that she would have the depot manager contact me to organise pickup/transport and drop off.

By the next morning, I had received a call from Daniel who was more than happy to assist myself and my friend (the lady who organised the donation drive). Daniel has organised for the items to be picked up from a location which is convenient for us, and we expect the donated items to be on the Mid North Coast, handed out to the bushfire affected families in the next few days.

I want to stress that this would not have been possible without the kindness and unconditional assistance provided by the Northline team. This simple, however very generous gesture from Northline will see many, many kids from the Mid North Coast receive clothes and other important items to assist in their recovery after this terrible natural event.

To Janet, Daniel, Northline's CEO and the entire team..... thank you very much for your support and prompt response. The difference this will make is huge.

There should be more companies like Northline willing to put people above profit when fellow Aussies are in need.

I used Northline to transport a motorcycle from Perth WA to their depot at Smithfield NSW. The dealership in Perth , Fivestar Yamaha recommended Northline and crated the motorcycle in readiness for the transportation. The service from both the dealership and Northline was first class and the motorcycle arrived on time and undamaged. Very happy to recommend

Transdirect did not send through the correct delivery information, but the staff were incredibly helpful, and arranged for a priority delivery. Am happy to deal direct with Northline in the future.

Have used Northline for the last 5 years for shipments to regional areas of WA, NT and QLD. No one looks after these areas better than Northline. Shipments are always on time and the customer service team is great to deal with.

Has had a bad review, but I work for them and they do try.
