We dealt with Chris and had a wonderful overall experience. He went over the top to get us into an Astra we could afford for our father. We drove pretty far to secure the deal and will definitely come back for any future business.
There was not a time that we felt pressured into signing the dotted line, Chris was very informative and happy to answer all our questions regarding the of the car.

Always a pleasure dealing with Ian, James and the Service team at Sutherland Holden. In the last few months I have had ongoing issues with Holden Customer Care in regards to different parts in the car (the "customer care" term should be used quite loosely).

Very happy with the service I received here! Adam was my salesperson and could not be happier. Went in to buy the car on a Thursday morning and was driving it out of the dealership at 5pm same day! Did a great price on a brand new Cruze, so if looking for a Holden would highly recommend paying these guys a visit.

Just bought an awesome used HSV through Chris, Scott and Belinda at Sutherland Holden, I'm one very happy customer!! In my opinion buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but the guys made it a very simple, transparent and fast process. I purchased a Caprice from interstate sight unseen through Beau. The car on pick up was in excellent condition, the purchase and transaction went without a hitch and the price represented excellent value.

I have just had the pleasure of taking delivery of my first (and last) HSV from the wonderful staff at Sutherland Holden/HSV.

Each and every person I dealt with made the experience an absolute delight and epitomised what buying a car should be like. A special shout out to Dennis, the sales consultant, with whom I first made contact and stayed back until well after 9pm on delivery day to ensure he was there to see us off in the new car.

Also Chris, who took over negotiations on Dennis' day off. He's a credit to the dealership and is as honest and down to earth as you could possibly hope for. Norman, the business manager is great and also tells it like it is with a splash of humour as well which made for a very relaxed experience. Nick, the sales manager listened to us and in the end gave the thumbs up to a great deal on the car.

All in all, if you are looking for a professional, no BS car dealership, look no further than Sutherland Holden/HSV. Just the best car buying experience we have ever had bar none.

We recently purchased a second-hand Holden Barina from Sutherland Holden. Couldn't have been more helpful and upfront. We had to travel from ACT to collect the vehicle on a Saturday. The sales person, Chris O'Grady, was excellent. Great communications and made sure everything was ready and waiting for when we arrived. Car was immaculately presented and detailed. Despite a minor fault being identified on the way home, Chris was very responsive and helped fix the fault through our local Holden dealership without hesitation or any issues.

Great service, great communications and fantastic after-sales support. Top quality cars too.

We had purchased our Holden Malibu CDX through Sutherland Holden last week. Our buying experience was truly exciting and a memorable one where we were treated like VIPs right from the moment we stepped in to their showroom untill we drove out from the yard and even inquiring about our drive home on our brand new Holden Malibu.
All the staff (especially Steven Blakeborough/ Matt Circus / Kirollos/ Maria )were truly professional, friendly, warm, thorough with the products and services and assisting us to make the right choice about the car by taking us for a test drive, explaining and demonstrating every features of the car, and also taking us through their fully equipped Service section that was quite impressive and re-assuring of our purchase.
The team also took us through some interesting finance options for purchase of new cars, and also explained in detail the options of choosing the Standard as well as Premium Warranty options offered for our car.

Servive Centre is always friendly and ready to serve. Have serviced my HSV for 6 years and have always presented it immaculately and services completed with a minimum of fuss at very reasonable cost.

I took an old Astra i bought privately as the radio was locked. They provided the code in 2 minutes for free. When i get my next car ill definitely be looking there first.

Just had a perfect experience with the team. Friendly and honest sales staff. The process was efficient and the conversation with all of the team was excellent.

Ian from the service department rectified a fault for my wife's Commodore in quick time and at a reasonable price. Service like that will keep me as a loyal customer.

Had major issues with my Holden Calais due to bad services in the past contacted Holden service centre at Sutherland and had the best service in 9 years thinking being a dealership they would just do standard dealer service but they went above and beyond cut a long story short our car wasn’t able to be fixed being 9 years old and with major engine issues they advised us it would be too costly to fix the service they provided was above and beyond being a mother with two small children and no car they assist me with no hesitation Kieran in the service centre was amazing and service manager Ian McLean was unbelievable I can’t talk more highly of the staff at Sutherland Holden if I tried
