Amart Furniture Prospect

This review is for the couple that did the delivery! I work at JB Hifi home and deal with whitegoods and TV deliveries and know what a hassle it can be to get decent drivers who are prompt, respectful of property, and communicative. I didn’t grab their names, but they were great!

Sales guy was alright, I could tell he didn’t want to sell us the display stock but I also hate selling people display stock so I understand 😂 he was also flat out with customers so fair enough

Have had a rewarding experience from the guys at prospect. Had a issue with recliner. They were very helpful and replaced it.great service

From the first phone call to the email correspondence to delivery arrival notification to delivery i CANNOT fault this company.. nearlly everything in my house is from amart the standard of their furniture is second to none.. highly reccomend this store and any product from amart.. well done keep up the great work

Nice layout, affordable prices, one helpful staff member who went above and beyond (while the rest sat around eating Macca's at the front desk). Limited availability in colours in stock, as they only stock one colour, and the rest are made to order.

I would like to commend the staff as they helped me resolve my issue with one of my orders.
Special thanks to Daniella who helped with communication with other beaches and saved me lots of back and forth. She made my days much easier. I have been buying my furniture from Amart for the last year and that’s the main reason… good and friendly customer support… compared to other competitors

Great range of furniture on site, so you can actually try things out.
I bought an electric recliner, and without testing a lot of different ones, it would have been just potluck if it was comfortable for my body type.
Every other store I rang had an extremely limited range in the showroom, so I would have been purchasing just on pictures.
The staff were very friendly & helpful & the delivery was on time.

Good location (nice and quiet just how i like it, with plenty of parking). Large store with good selection of display stock for testing.

Staff are generally helpful and friendly...i always find the click and collect fellas at the rear of the store super helpful with getting gear into your vehicle and seem to be a lot more jolly than most.

In-store its a bit subjective...some customers love the attention, some just want to be left alone...but I guess its expected that the sales person on the floor walking towards you is expected to make a sale.

Better value when they have their sales and occasionally they have good deals on floor stock (if you dont mind marks, minor damage etc).

At time of writing, if you require delivery for the larger items these are provided for a reasonable price on a Saturday...best be available if so as they dont provide a whole lot of notice (hard to gauge with sydney traffic i guess).

All in all great overall experience.

First i was greeted by a very friendly and helpful warehouse guy (didnt get his name) and then had the pleasure of meeting Meg/Megan she waa absolutely lovely helpful and went out of her way to help me with my enquiries and even my small children... customer service was 10/10.

Popped in to pick up a click and collect order. Staff member that assisted me was very friendly and welcoming. Even had a lil chat with me. I was in the wrong spot for pick ups so she walked and collected it for me instead of making me go there, little things like that really makes the experience a good one :)

Friendly helpful staff, not hassling us, just letting us know they are there to help.
I love that they have IPADS and as you like something they can check if its in stock or how l long before it arrives.

Exceptional customer service from A Mart prospect. I had a faulty table which was replaced straight away. The new table was difficult to assemble so the customer service team organised a man to come and assemble it for me at my house. We can now have our BBQ this weekend. The Sailor table looks brilliant. I'd recommend anyone looking for furniture to shop here as you know you will be looked after.

Best customer service...Had the worst expierience with the Auburn store. We came to prospect and were immediately approached by the most friendliest, most professional salesman by the name of Athar...This guy answered our questions 100%..He could sell ice to an eskimo..
I was window shopping that day but due to his professionalism and how caring he was towards myself and my family, i ended up purchasing from him...
If you want the best, professional quality in service...

Huge place of furniture with amazing staff.

Best in class furniture and staffs are very courteous and offer the customers a great experience. The quality of items certain top notch and delivery happens as promised all the time. Enough parking around the outlet.

Kim is simply awesome . She provides great advise and helps empathizes with the customer who is trying to make their home better and comfortable . I can see that she enjoys her job and loves to make a difference .

Huge area with lots of furniture for a lot of styles. Not too badly priced and nice friendly service. A good starting point for comparison, for the new moving out of home adventures.

It was lovely experience. Staff is so cooperative and they are always ready to help n guide. I like the way they welcome customers with smile even when they about to close.
