Shoutout to the manager Damien when he is present at the store nothing goes wrong and never disappoints. From customer service to organisation, quality of food and etc everything is top notch. We need more managers like this guy at other stores.

As an employee of the Smithfield Maccas, I want to express my feelings for shift manager Narmin. She is one of the best managers who strives to do the best for the store and consistently pushes her crew to get greater results due to this she occasionally comes off as tough and a little bit demanding. But what makes her one of the best is her compassionate, enjoyable, and fun nature. Who cares deeply for her crew’s well-being, safety, and happiness. Narmin is someone who asks “How are you?” and “Are you ok?”.Narmin is someone who protects her crew. Narmin is someone who brings smiles to people's faces. Narmins is someone who urges everyone to do their best and is an unforgettable person.

Food is always hot and tastes great because this is one of very few stores that takes pride in ensuring the food they send out is actually edible. Burger buns and fries are NEVER old and stale and the employees I've encountered in drive thru have always been positive and professional. I totally love coming to this McDonald's store! Also the frappes are always full to the brim and not half empty.

McDonald's Smithfield is a complete madhouse and I say that as a compliment to the staff.

My wife and family went through there on Easter, and it was insane with the amount of traffic the place gets.

The Manager processed everyone quickly and the people there we're wonderful. Our Breakfast McMuffins, Soy Chai Lattes and everything we're made to perfection and more.

Great spot, it's a mad house - but a sign that it's a top place!

Honestly one of the best mcdonalds manager I've encountered. Got a wrong order from the fairfield mcdonalds without initially realising it, and she hooked me up with what I was supposed to get

I have just bought order here. 18 June 2023 around 12.20 pm, there was a guy who got our order, he was very kind and nice. Foods were very delicious. Very fast and good service, thanks.

I was absolutely exhausted coming home from the hospital with my sick son, it was 12am.
So we stopped in at maccas drive thru to refuel for our big drive home, i was dreading.
The man, who took my order was so polite, helpful & honestly best service ive ever gotten from any maccas. Especially when you've worked 12hrs, sat at hospital for 7hrs & had a 3hr drive home.
Thank you, for making my dreadful night, abit better with your exceptional customer service.
Even my son said "oh, wow how nice was he"

I was served by I assume the night manager (bold gentleman wearing a grey shirt) his customer service was by far the best I have ever received at any McDonald’s drive through. I had to wait a short while and they didn’t have the coke that I wanted, the night manager compensated by giving me free McChicken Sauce and an apple pie which we had ordered anyway. Not only that but he was so friendly and genuinely made my drive through experience so great considering I had just gone through a disaster drive through experience at the Hungry Jacks down the road. Super convenient location. Always busy, so the food is always pretty fresh. Staff are all pretty good, especially Nariman (sp?) she’s a gem! Super polite, nothing is ever too much trouble. One of the best Maccas in the area 100%

Finally, a mcdonalds which actually seasons the meat, perfect not only was it fresh, had the perfect amount of premixed salt and pepper that mcdonalds (supposedly) adds, well this place did, highly recommended

Love this maccas above all others

stop being sooks bro, these r teenagers being paid the bare minimum and trying their best. They always have amazing customer service and surprisingly fresh fries whenever i come.

The service was very quick and staff was nice and friendly. They missed one of my burger but the manager gave me the burger plus a complimentary ice-cream too and was patient and understanding. I will definitely recommend it.

The manager Katrina was a sick one. The drive through line was long but she was pumping out them orders like there was no tmr. Best customer service ever and provided free entertainment for the customers waiting
