Could not recommend Home Hardware on Sylvania Rd enough. We had an issue with an item we had bought online and the team went above and beyond to rectify the situation. We are going to do all our hardware shopping here from now on because we were so impressed by this incredible customer experience.

Amazing customer service I received from Pat who exceeded my expectations and gladly will recommend this hardware store for product knowledge . Friendly can do attitude.

During this current lockdown shopping has become an online way of life but I was assisted on the phone with care.

I needed a few shelves cut for a retail store. Bunnings refused because the product was not brought at the store.
The gentleman at this store not only cut the shelves for me, and with a hand saw, but he didn't charge me.
After a very rough few months in life, that was a nice gesture, and I accepted.

I found the male staff ESPICALLY THE OWNER to be very judgemental.

How unfortunate the owner was so rude to us. We always try to support the little local guys. We spoke with two different employees who were just so helpful but on coming back to the store 1week later to pick up the item, we where met with this man who just about called us liars, that he didn't know who we spoke to, that our information was completely wrong. We are without the product we needed but he did give us the money back.
Won't be back here any time soon.
