Chemist Warehouse Marcoola

Chemist Warehouse Marcoola is a really good store in the chain and I really loved visiting there.

I stayed at the Ramada Marcoola Beach (across the road) for a few days and during that time I needed some items and more.

They had everything, it was a really nice store with a top layout and the staff we're wonderful.

Even though it's not relevant to me, there was easy parking everywhere and behind the store as well.

Love their work and highly recommended!!

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong product via click and collect. Karina the store Manager gracioulsy helped resolve the issue.

Visited this place on the weekend for a few items before our jaunt up to Sunshine Beach. LOVELY STAFF. Jam packed with products.

They had exactly what I needed for a Xmas gift.. I know where I need to go for future purchases instead of using up precious petrol..

Really helpful on the phone. They checked stock and then helped me when I was there.

This afternoon around 5pm my daughter, son and myself went to mount coolum chemist warehouse, my son was to close to the sliding automatic door and it pulled his arm in while it opened, people came and helped me pull the door back which I’ll be forever grateful for, the young employees that comforted him and gave him a chocolate and water were amazing! Thank you so so much!

It’s beyond frustrating to see the negative reviews left by ignorant people, oblivious to how retail is clearly.
Pharmacy (among retail in general) has been inundated and under constant pressure since the beginning of the pandemic.
And the reviews stating more people should be put on staff, when in fact there are staff shortages is just a moronic comment to make. There are so many staff members doing the job of three, under constant stress and pressure, then add impatient and ungrateful customers to the mix who want everything now, now, now in this fast paced environment with no afterthought to the treatment of retail workers. Perhaps that’s why they’re walking around like “zombies”… smh.
I seen a staff member being aggressively yelled and sworn at because a customer was only allowed one prescription item and not two, because of the medication shortages. (Shortages all round and not to mention one month medication is actually the legal requirement. Two lots is a courtesy)
I’m confident that no where in their job description will it say they have to tolerate such disrespect and yet they do constantly. It costs nothing to be patient, kind and understanding to those trying to assist you.
Great job to all those in the retail environment!

Best and friendliest pharmacy on the Sunshine Coast. Unlike other Chemist Warehouses Kenny the pharmacist went out of his way every time I needed a specific meds ordered in. Never a drama. Got a phone call once it arrived. All the staff are helpful. Happy customer.

Great pricing on prescriptions, hence sometimes have to wait a bit as very busy
