Easily one of the biggest and most equipped gyms in AUS. These guys are the full package. Motivating coaches, energetic vibes, smiles, high-fives and hard work - to mention just a few of their qualities.

Dropped into Snake this week as I was visiting Tamworth for work. Fantastic box- amazing space, really helpful coaches and staff- I was made to feel really welcome. Already planning another work trip back to Tamworth so I can train here again! Thanks for having me guys, keep doing what you’re doing.

Can’t recommend Snake enough! I’ve been lucky enough to have tried a load of different crossfit gyms from all over the world and this is by far the best! The programming is always new, exciting and challenging. Its suited to all levels of fitness with wonderful coaches who care, teach, encourage and love seeing when your goals are achieved, big or small!
A great community where all are welcomed from day one!

While I was in town for 2 weeks for work, the team in Snake was marvellous. The gym was very spacious but organised and well equipped. Coaches are friendly and look after you well. Great programming too! If I’m ever in Tamworth again, I’ll definitely be coming back to Snake!

Snake is a world class gym. Having been to many crossfit/Strength and conditioning gyms around the world, snake is easily one of the best. Jake tirelessly works hard to ensure his members get the best experience possible at all experience levels. He and his coaches are enthusiastic and love what they do. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the New England area, and anyone passing through.

I tried a few different gyms in Tamworth and thought that gym life just wasn’t for me anymore. That was until the first time I walked into Snake. The atmosphere is super welcoming and motivating. The trainers are next level. Five stars, defs recommend.

I've been in the fitness and gym space for 11 years now and have attended many different types of gyms, but was always a little apprehensive about joining a crossfit gym. In my mind all the "crossfitters" were uber fit and strong and I had thought that I needed to get fitter, stronger, injury free and muscles on muscles before I could join one. I WAS SO WRONG!!! I eventually joined Snake because I saw that one of my most favorite, authentic and down to earth coaches was working there and I knew if she was there, then that place must have been right on!!

I have found Snake Athletic to be a space that is so welcoming, warm, fun, supportive, clean, with enough gear and variety to keep anyone interested AND with superstar coaches that know so much and can adapt ANYTHING to my current fitness and injuries. I also found a whole bunch of awesome peeps that go there - all with different fitness levels, sizes, shapes, goals and all of them forming a massive cool cheer squad for each other. Its a judgement free and ego free zone - an inclusive place for everyone.

Not only does Snake provide a bunch of different classes and training options to help you achieve your goals, they provide a complete and holistic approach to athleticism and wellness with recovery and nutrition support services available to their members.

If you've been considering joining but feel somewhat apprehensive like I did, I strongly encourage you to make contact with the Snake team, be brave, back yourself and join us at the gym - you wont regret it (but may regret all the days you delayed it that you could have filled with cracking fun times in the pit - and life is to short for regrets!!!)

Training at Snake makes my bad days not so bad days and the good days AWESOME days. Wouldn't be without it now.

Dropped into the box whilst staying in Tamworth for the week… unreal gym, perfect programming, excellent coaches, great people and just a superb time. Kinda wished I lived in Tamworth so I could train there everyday. THANKYOU SNAKE ATHLETIC FOR MAKING MY FAVOURITE HOUR OF THE DAY THE BEST!!!

I started at Snake CrossFit 2 months ago and it's safe to say I'm addicted. Felt like I was a welcomed member of the team the minute I walked in. The trainers are great and I’ve been getting some awesome nutrition coaching tailored to me and my lifestyle which has helped me drop 6kg in 7 weeks! Very professional, great atmosphere, supportive members who make it feel like a second family. After having a baby I really wanted to get back into exercising but didn't have a lot of time and found Snake Crossfit to be very flexible and understanding towards my needs while encouraging me to reach my goals.

I called in to see Jake because I needed to get my training back on track, it's been a great five months. Daily session in preparation for Obstacle course races around Australia. I'm not a crossfitter but that doesn't matter to Jake his focus is on individual fitness requirements. The friendly family feel of the gym is great, plenty of laughs and sweat.

I have been attending snake crossfit for over 2 years. Knowledgeable and attentive coaches allowing me to be able to push my limits daily. The community is great and for me there is not a better place to train!
