Quick, efficient and super informative. I rushed over before work to find something to help a rash for my baby, and I was served by a lady with blonde hair and glasses. I was unable to get into a doctor, so this was the next best option. Within seconds she found the right cream for him for an excellent price. I got the same service I would have at the doctors, only for a fraction of the price and no long waiting time . Super grateful, thanks team!

Talia the pharmacist here is just so incredibly lovely and helpful. I have never spoken with a staff member who isn't really kind here, but Talia often goes above and beyond and her caring manner is really appreciated.

I find the girls at Maroochydore very helpful ,they will tell you/show you the products you are looking for or their recommendations. They know all about their products, showing different colours,blending them on your skin so you have an idea about how they will look. They always seem happy, which makes me feel good too!

Won't be shopping for my medication there any more. Charged nearly twice as much than at another pharmacy for exactly same medication.
Total rip off.

Service was pleasant... price not so much! I had a script filled, was asked if I were happy with generic, which I was. Headed back to work for 10 mins and popped backed, took $10 with me assuming it would be more than the $5.50 I paid 25 days before at Good Price Pharmacy but was shocked when it was more than double at $12.95! I feel bad for the retirees that frequent here for there shopping and get there scripts filled...hopefully they get a seniors rate because this was daylight robbery!

The dispensing of pharmaceutical drugs is not something that van be restricted to office hours. Advice regarding medication is sometimes needed on weekends

Made to feel like a criminal when wanting to swap out an item which I advised the pharmacy I’d claimed on my private health. I also stated I had no intention of reclaiming the swapped item and did not want the required paperwork from the pharmacy that would enable me to make a second claim but staff insisted I show health fund refund prior to swapping item. Very poor customer service.

Worst service by far. Forever forgetting to order script's and when asked, different excuses are used, we are Traditional Owners of this land and we have had nothing but bad service unfairly treated . TGA approval gets lost, orders lost, very bad service. Would never recommend this chemist to anyone. Poor service.
