Since being unhappy for quite some time with the previous Rental Agent, I took the jump and I changed Property Managers, and to my surprise the process was just so Positive and simple.

I contacted FNR, and they picked up the keys from previous Real Estate, and they did the house rental assessment same day, I had the report by COB, I then went into office following morning, and met the lovely team at First National Real Estate, I was to sign the already created pre- populated documents, took me all of 15 minutes of my time.
Same day of signing up, by the end of COB the House was on line Active for Rental.

Dave initiated our sale and handed us to Tanya Clare who did a magnificent job over what was a most difficult period, Xmas-New year, Covid on the rise etc etc. Whilst other agents may have enjoyed the break, this firm never left our sale unmanaged and were in constant contact over the sale period. They did Facetime inspections when buyers were either in isolation or could not attend and one of these led to a sale.

Best experience ever; very nice, helpful,friendly, professional & always in the tenant side.
