Great gym, lots of equipment and lovely staff, particularly Tegan who greeted us with a smile and a chat each time we came. We were in Tamworth for the festival, so just casual membership!

Advance Fitness Tamworth has become more than a place to just do a work out - It is a place that feels like a second home with a great family vibe amongst the community.
The staff are always so welcoming, uplifting and very professional when giving out helpful advice to assist during workouts.
The gym is always clean and organised with a good variety of classes for all levels of experience. I love that the gym is 24/7 which gives me the flexibility to fit in a workout that suits a bust and unpredicted schedule.
Overall I highly recommend Advance Fitness Tamworth as a gym as there is something for everyone.

Absolutely love attending this Gym. Nothing but a warm welcome from all staff members. Facilities are always clean and user friendly. Changing gyms is never fun but the team at Advanced Tamworth have been very welcoming and you quickly become part of the family

Best gym in town! Love the classes, the instructors are amazing and the staff are all so friendly. The atmosphere is great and always inclusive, no-one is made to feel unwelcome. I've been a member for quite a few years now and the awesome team at advance are always there to help. I love coming to the gym in the mornings and being greeted as I come through the door, all of the staff are friendly. The personal trainers I train with Hana and Mal are full of knowledge, always ready to push me to the next level, also thanks to our lovely gym manager the gym has come so far in the last couple of years, I'm excited to see where our gym is heading for years ahead.
