Also convenient, as Services club was right across the road.

All over it! These guys were professional and ready to assist with my issues. Service centres further afield should take notes. My local in Wollongong area couldn't help to save themselves or organise within a few weeks a simple service review or discuss issues over the phone. Kensell's were able to fit ne into their schedule within a couple of days. They were ready for me when I walked in the door, actually rang me when the work was done and described their process and issues that arose. Furthermore, well within time as they proposed.

In addition, a few days later they made a follow-up call to ask if the issues were still prevalent or if there was anything else eas required. Most impressive. Good job and well drilled team. Would travel 500+ k to do it again.

I rocked up at 4.58 and asked if they could look at my noisey engine. They agreed ! Thank you so much guys. These are highly recommended for customer service !!

Absolutely Brilliant Products and Helpful Happy Staff

Experiencing clunking on steering my Mitsubishi vehicle. Service staff very kindly checked it out even though It was 5pm on a Friday when I turned up. They test drove it and lifted it onto the rack to look under in order to assure me I was safe to drive it over the weekend, and did not charge. Very good service and would come back again, thanks

Following the Service, an inspection video is sent to his mobile. Very happy with the professional manner of all service staff. Thankyou.

I couldn't recommend Kensells service enough! I booked in for a 59kms service. From fitting me in last minute, to lending me an umbrella to even cleaning a three year old out of date permit off my windscreen. The staff and Hayden were all so cheerful which never goes astray these days!
