If you are looking for new walking or running shoes, I 100% recommend this place! The staff member who helped me, Nick was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for my needs. They also analysed my running style and made recommendations based on that and how they felt. Honestly they have the best service and I will be back when I need new shoes in future! 😊

Incredible customer service. Responded to my email within minutes, answered my questions and then shipped within minutes of me ordering and emailed to confirm dispatch. Really impressed. Website is clean and easy to navigate too and great range of running shoes. Will buy from here again for sure.

Good service with a good range of shoes to try. I tested out 4 or 5 different styles of trail running shoes that were recommended to me after having my gait assessed on the treadmill. The shoes are very comfy and supportive. I'm very happy with the purchase and the service. Thanks.

Amazing and friendly service from Todd. He got me to run bare feet on a treadmil firstly to assess my running, then suggested a few pairs of running shoes to suit the way I run. I got to try each suggested pair on, run on the treadmil with them, he took videos to assess my running in them and I got to run around the block in them till there was the best pair for me.
I would highly recommend and would come back once my shoes have worn out.

Great to find a shop where the staff really know what they’re talking about. They filmed me running on the treadmill to analyse my gait (and confirmed what I was told by another shop about 20 years ago), suggested a few pairs of shoes from different brands that should suit my running style and mileage then got me to run up and down the street in them to compare the fit and feel of them. Ended up with a pair of shoes that I would never have picked myself (very boring looking Brooks Ghosts) because they were the best fit for my feet. I was fully expecting to pay a bit over the odds for the level of service but was surprised to find that I paid the same as I would have in Foot Locker or Athletes Foot. Would definitely go back.

I am unable to find any unique words to extol the quality of service offered here that hasn’t already been used by the plethora of previous glowing reviews. Riley and Todd are both very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. The time and personal service they provided ensured I left with the best shoes for me. Thank you. The range of shoes is also very good. He explained the significance of the differing features, and by the time I left I was 100% confident that my new shoes were the most appropriate for me and my particular goals. Such a fantastic store! The staff are very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! Riley fitted a pair of shoes for me today. He was very particular about finding the exact ones that I needed for my lifestyle and type of feet! I will be coming back here every time I need a new pair of runners. So happy with the experience!

If you're after new runners, this is the place to get them. Todd and the team are incredibly friendly and professional. The level of knowledge and expertise they have was instantly recognisable while getting their gait analysis service. Learning what shoe I need and what running style I am was incredible insightful and super useful as someone getting in to running for the first time. The range is fantastic, made up of the best reviewed running shoes out there. There is not another store that even comes close to this level of service. Will definitely be back once I wear these new Mizuno's out or start tackling trails :)

I had the pleasure of having a pair of runners professionally fitted by Todd. I suffer from patello-femoral syndrome, so the right shoes are crucial for my wellbeing.
