We recently bought our first home from Henry Nguyen from the Highpoint branch at Commonwealth Bank and I cannot speak more highly of the commitment, dedication and effort that Henry made to help us secure this purchase. Henry was extremely attentive, always made himself available to us, answered all our questions and genuinely cared for our situation and interests. Henry truly went out of his way to help guide us through searching for a place and eventually assisting us to secure a property. Buying a first home is an intimidating process but Henry stood by us and made it a breeze! The excellence that Henry demonstrated in his work is a real credit to his profession and he has only ever demonstrated complete professionalism, transparency and care that went above and beyond. I am now considering changing my banking to Commonwealth and this is primarily due to Henry's exceptional care and service in his role and assistance to us! Thank you Henry we cannot say enough!

At first before visiting reading all the reviews I was feeling very doubtful that I might receive any good experience, and then when I met FURTUNA DESTA what a great, easy, fast service she gave..
No words but to say excellent service.. She deserves a raise at your bank.

I would like to highlight the amazing level of patience and excellent customer service that Priyanka displayed while I was at the branch. This rude customer was trying to jump the line and force her way in front of everyone and even though Priyanka explained to her that she needs to wait for her turn. The customer was nothing but rude and disrespectful using very bad language and pushing Priyanka to snap, but amazingly Priyanka never showed anything but respect and patience and always treated her with amazing customer service. I want to say that Priyanka today gave me a lesson on how customer service has to be performed and what an amazing level of patience she had. Great job Priyanka 👏🏻 looks like common wealth bank knows how to choose their personnel.

Henry was an absolute pleasure to deal with when we were in the process of selling our first and buying our second home. Nothing was too much and he was always available. If I could give him 20 stars I would. He will be our lender for life. Couldn't recommend any higher.
