A big 5 stars! A great large local store with a variety of items and services which has really improved in customer service over the years, as there was a time instore when staff seemed to avoid customers at all cost. My recent visits have been linked to DIY painting and clothes line purchase and the staff were ever so helpful regarding colour selection and information regarding decking oiling procedure. Highly recommended.

Frazer is the most friendly and helpful customer service person in the world. I had some problems with the toilets at home and carpentry issues and Frazer was able to explain things to me carefully and told me what I needed to buy to repair the toilet and fix some shelving in the wardrobes. I am will to try and fix things when there are people like Frazer who take the time out to explain things to you. Thank you Fra"z"er.

I had a great experience with Don who assisted me in finding the perfect nail size. His friendly approach made the process enjoyable and efficient. Highly recommended!

Has all my manly needs. No need to shop anywhere else. In fact, I am considering moving in! Prices are always competitive and the staff friendly and knowledgable.

Applause! Jahn has earned five stars for Bunnings Maribyrnong. Last two days I went to buy a lawn mower and Jahn was so helpful. He helped to carry the lawn mower to my car and taught me how to fit it in. The second day I went to swap the petrol machine to an electronic one. He still helped patiently though it was already time he should have finished working.Thank you so much, Jahn!
I went back to Bunnings again today because of the problem with battery and I met DEB.She helped to sought out the problem and helped me to get a matched new battery of that lawn mower.Thanks Deb for your excellent customer service.

Very good place!
The most interesting part is, I can check the Aisle and Bay number from the website and help myself to find the appropriate product. Stock info is highly accurate AFAIK 🙂
also the Crafts section is amazing! each month I buy one for my 8yo kid. These help me to lessen the screen time for my kid.
i hope the administration will increase the items of this section 😇

Like most Bunnings outlets, this store has a great selection of tools, building and renovation materials, and hardware supplies, with everything well organised and under the one roof. The store is well laid out and has plenty of room between the aisles. Prices are usually quite reasonable and the Specials are great too but you do need to get in early as they often run out of hot catalog buys. Unlike many of the other Bunnings outlets, for example, Bunnings at Hawthorn, Moorabbin and Vermont South, this Bunnings is spread over two storeys accessible via a central escalator.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and was very helpful but sometimes, when you need assistance, they're hard to locate especially on the weekends so I find it's best to do your homework online and if possible, work out what aisles your items are on before getting to the store.

Two stories of home improvement options. Best Bunnings I have ever seen. Only one cashier, but I personally blame the high shoplifter turn out in Maribyrnong. I highly recommend this store!

This is also one of the biggest Bunnings and there are so many available items that you are looking for. It is spacious too.

Standard Bunnings outlet for all indoor, outdoor and house work items. Ample parking space with a dedicated parking lot. Located at the centre of Maribyrnong shopping conclave.

Today at Bunnings maribyrnong I received the best customer service by Melissa this lovely lady went above and beyond at the service desk to make sure I had a great experience 30/1/2024

Always have something I want to make or maintain. No need to clutter the house with things. Bunnings is my storage warehouse.

Awesome staff and huge variety of products!!

I purchased a stack trolley that converts to a flatbed trolley; to help me move and when I got home it was missing the two smaller wheels for when it is used in flat bed position. I called the two people I spoke to were very apologetic and helpful just come back in and we will fix it. I couldn’t get there for a week and when I got there I spoke with 3 team members who were very helpful I thought I would be there for over half an hour and no I was in and out in under ten with my wheels and they didn’t make me feel bad I felt special it was great service and a credit to the team and management as all 5 people treated me the same and were fantastic
