With the exception of being recommended and sold a homeopathic sleep product, my experience here has mostly been positive. Recently however i was given half the prescribed amount of a controlled substance and when returning to alert them the response was a long and polite 'no, the pharmacist said she gave you the full amount'. Which is a polite way of saying, you're lying to get more drugs. I have the receipt with the exact time of purchase, surely an inventory check or a look at one of the 5 security cameras behind the counter could confirm the amount actually dispensed. It's not hard, you'd see one sheet put in a box instead of two. But these suggestions where shut down. It feels dirty to complain about this kind of thing given what it is but not having access to the proper amount of medication had real life consequences for me. There should be some basic mechanism of accountability with controlled prescriptions.

Shocking customer service , not sure why the staff there always looks so angry and unhappy

Accepts bookings for covid vaccinations and provides reminders and alerts but when attending the next morning advises vaccination not available. Also, states opens at 8am. We were in a queue until 8.15 when a person then arrived to open. The person blamed the government system for the situation and took no responsibility for the pharmacy's part in accepting online appointments.
