Silver Palace Chinese Restaurant

Honestly the best Chinese restaurant I've ever seen.. been going there for years because the food the portion sizes the prices and the staff are all amazing.. Cole is like and old friend now we've been coming here so long he's always smiling and has the customers wants and needs at heart. Truly the best place you could enjoy an amazing meal.

First time here and my partner and I were very happy with the portion sizes, the pricing and the overall taste! We were very surprised. Service was also friendly - i even observed the front of houses interaction with all other guests - just splendid. We ordered the special fried rice, the garlic king prawns (wow, so many prawns - other venues you would have a higher garnish to prawns ratio) and Mongolian Lamb. We demolished those dishes! Will certainly recommend it to others and we will come back as a regular, for sure!

Good food and a very fair price. Got a lunch special and was given a great serving that was very tasty. Can get a bit busy but when the food is good then that is bound to happen.

It was recommended to me long times ago and I went there on Tuesday that it normally closes. I don't expect much from those Chinese Takeaway shops and did not bother to revisit until recently. That is a mistake. This shop is good, very good indeed. Definitely above the average. The soft crab and the satay beef with vegetables I tried were very good, I highly recommend them. Also tried pepper & salted squid and sweet & sour pork. Nothing bad I could find. Those portions were bigger than other shops, definitely not small. If you are around St Marys and looking for a Chinese meal, give it a go. I truly believe that you will not be disappointed.

Full disclosure. The owner Colin is my cousin and he just gave me a free meal. However, I would be happy to pay. He is such a friendly guy to all the customers. The food tastes like you would find in Chinatown. The portions generous and the prices reasonable. I had the combination chow mein with soft noodles and a fried ice cream. All yummy. He has been at this location for 22 years. He must be doing something right.

All I have to say is AMAZING ! The food was piping hot when it arrived and was delicious delivery lady was lovely if I could give them 10 out of 10 stars I would in a heartbeat!

This is our favourite local chinese restaurant. The curry puffs are so good that you certainly don't want to share and the portion size are plenty that one serve is certainly enough to share. The staff are always so friendly and willing to serve you. If you can’t park in the the main street there is plenty of parking in the back lane and it is an easy walk from either side of the buildings.

The food us great. Always busy so that tells me it's liked by a lot.

The best chinese restaurant with the best owner and staff who are very friendly. The food itself is mouth watering and you will want to come back again and again. I always call them for take aways and my family enjoy each of the food we order. You should not miss ordering the sweet and sour pork, the duck with plum sauce, the combination chowmein and the sweet and sour fish❤

Always difficult to find decent Chinese restaurants/ take away but Silver Palace delivers the goods .
Friday night was only my second visit but I wasn't let down .
Food is very tasty, portions are good and price is what you would expect for Chinese food .
I do recommend Silver Palace to anyone looking for good Chinese food.

I have been going here for Years. I find the Meals Are very good they have Recently given the interior a cleanup n paint Refreshes the Kitchen. Their take-away n Home Delivery is excellent. And Price's still Very Competitive.

We visited Silver Palace today, our 1st visit. The restaurant was cosy n clean.
We had the lunch specials, (garlic beef n sweet n sour pork) n a dish from the main menu, fried squid.
All 3 dishes were very delicious. Good size portions n price was reasonable too..
We ll definitely be back again.. Soon.....😊

I have never had better Chinese food than from here.
We have been going here for many years & only a few weeks ago we were unable to get through on the phone so we decided to try the Chinese at St Clair shopping centre. BAD move.
I have never had worse Chinese ever. Cold, tasteless & not all our order arrived.
We were so excited when we were able to get through to Silver Palace again.
The moral of the review.. Don't settle for 2nd best. If we can't get our Chinese from Silver Palace we just don't have Chinese.

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. The BEST Chinese, always sensational. I can’t go past Sweet and Sour Pork or the Honey Prawns. The kids adore combination omelette and spring rolls. My partner rates the Mongolian beef, Satay chicken and Chow Mein with crunchy noodles.

We find it easiest to call our order through and then going to collect it. They are really best on Friday to Sunday nights because it is so good!

We love Colin, he is a warm, generous and friendly host. The food is really great value for money. Delicious, great portions and really varied. We have friend's from out of the region, who will only eat there, they love it too. Give it a go, we highly recommend it.

The food is so delicious. My Partner and I make Silver Palace our regular Friday night dinner. Due to the temporary closure we bought Chinese at another restaurant and it was dreadful. We are waiting patiently for our favourite restaurant to open again.
