I bought a bag from there today. The customer service is exceptional .The manager Tracy is so good , i have never seen such great service ever. She helped me alot to find the bag that i like most. Thank you Tracy 😊

Great customer service

Such a great team! I came in on the weekend to buy a gift for my girlfriend, and the staff were so patient and helpful. We made the right choice, as she loved it! Thank you Samira!

Bought my wife the Michael Kors connect watch "sophie" for Xmas, the staff were casuals you could tell because of their lack of product knowledge but I knew what I wanted and they helped me get out of there fast, ohhh and the wife loves the watch.

Staff are friendly and attentive. Store is large and has lots of stock. Prices are reasonable, but make sure you challenge them to match the prices from the QVB store which seem to be cheaper.

Customer service could be better

Worst service ever! For a pricey and famous brand, they have the worst employees. Such a shame how they drag the brand to their level. There is one particular girl who was very rude and very difficult to talk to. The manager and a phone call from a senior manager has to step in to settle the inconvenience we experienced and the way they treated us. my bf wanted to leave that moment. I've always liked Michael kors bag that's why i insisted to buy the bag but after this experience there's no way we're going back to that horrible store ever again. And just to add there were other people complaining. I hope this will get to the management. we're paying customers, we need to be treated well.

This is the worst store with the worst service i have ever experienced. Put a repair in and took them 6 months to let me know that they couldn't repair the item. I had called twice with the promise of a call back but no one did. Then had an employee pretty much argued with me and assused me of lying as he claimed to have called me "numerous times" yet checking through my voicemails and phone log and not one call. They had my email as well but i guess they are too stupid to know how to use a computer. I couldn't care less about the bag, their service and attitude was appalling.
