My elderly parents live in the area and the lovely staff at Coonara chemist are amazing and extremely helpful. We have been using their home delivery service and it had been an absolute godsend especially during the pandemic. Thank you for providing such an awesome seemless service.

While many of the local pharmacies have jacked up their rapid antigen test prices; Coonara Chemist still has theirs priced fairly (👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼).

We called them today to ask if they had stocks, the kind lady on the phone said they did but only have a few left and don’t take reservations. I said to her we live all the way in Erskineville and it’s been really difficult finding any in our area. As soon as she heard this, she immediately asked what time will we be able to pick it up. I gave her a time and she said she’ll keep it for us til then.

Honestly, this may not be a big deal to other people but in this time of Pandemic any kindness shown is very much appreciated.

I may not live in the area but I highly recommend this pharmacy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Coonara Chemist have been doing my fathers medications for an year now and they go above and beyond to serve their customers. My father's blister pack is very complicated but Sandy's team never made any mistakes and always on time. I am very happy with their customer service. They set an example of how customer service should be.

This has always been a convenient pharmacy for my family but, since Sandy and her team took over the reins, it has also become a truly pleasant and welcoming store to visit. Sandy is delightful, as are all her team of knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists and assistants. A+ service - sets the standard for all local, community stores!

Very friendly place

I am disappointed. I called first to find out the price of sn item and was happy with their response. This medication is quite expensive. I was down within 20 minutes and the price changed without any reasoning, the same person who quoted me was the same person who charged me more.
