Very helpful and friendly staff

I like Parminder. I have gone through a rough time especially with really bad pain, depression and anxiety, he has helped but at first it was quite difficult. After I broke my back, it was hard to get my pain relief script filled (I don't know if he believes me that I have a broken back while working in the Navy but I suffered through foot drop and discs prolapses as well as arthritis in the lower spine. Had back surgery to correct it, unfortunately in the last few years the L4/L5 discs have been pressing onto my nerve and the middle of my back - on the lumbar feels very compressed and am in quite a lot of pain. My mental health gets low, after my dad's death - I tend to grieve alot privately and he has been helping me with Zoloft). He is just doing his job. He has been helping my mum and me to get better.

Came in to get restavit, a non prescription sleeping aid, the working Pharmacist, Parminder Chhibber, was very sceptical and asked me multiple questions rapidly in front of other customers as if I was some criminal trying to cook a meth batch. Very rude and unpleasant experience, needs work on his customer service. Terrible start to my holiday away with wife.

Parmindar......rudest person ever.......I went there for the first time with a prescription with 4 repeats remaining......when I got the prescription back it had zero repeats remaining......I went back and even rang my Doctor who he spoke to and called him a liar......then went on to embarrass me in the shop......I then went to my usual Chemist who confirmed that I did in fact have 4 repeats remaining......he was horrible I will never go back.

Worst chemist! Staff are rude, not helpful. The Indian male pharmacist tried to tell my husband that he is addicted to codeine and that nurofen is not for pain.. makes sense ah Not! apparently buying 2 or 3 packets (between two of us might I add) of nurofen in just over 6 months makes you a drug addict. Totally uncalled for. Funny thing is his petty little staff members that were eavesdropping even had a little giggle! He then noted under his name that he can't buy it again in the future. I think this poor man hasn't had the correct training in my opinion. Just glad I wasn't there at the time, and I recommend no one else tries to get some headache tablets from this joker. From now on chemmart it is!

Initially I was please with the service here however, today the pharmacist refused to dispense prescription medication prescribed to my 2 year old by a specialist as he had low stock and disagreed with the specialists diagnosis. He said morally he couldn't fill the script because "what if someone came in who needed it more". Pharmacists are overstepping the mark refusing to dispense life saving medications. They are pharmacists, not doctors or specialist MD's trained to diagnose and treat illnesses, especially in children. Thats what paediatricians do. Will never go back there again.
