When Michael and family/staff owned this place it was great and have always provided the utmost respect for all clients walking in and out the door. New owners however, not so much. Fail to scan tracking numbers and provide customers with feedback regarding parcels. On one occasion the woman behind the counter had the nerve to ask "are you sure you posted it here?". "You sure you have the right place?". "We don't have a parcel of that description or tracking number". Then the man walks up and says "Yeah we do, its right here still sitting on the shelf!". Needless delays from SOME of the staff's incompetence have soured this review.
