BIG W Raymond Terrace

Big W Raymond Terrace still feels like the old store that Greenhills was. I don't like the new stores so with this one still retaining its old style, it still feels familiar. Parking is pretty easy to find most of the year, even around Christmas.

All ways the same, friendly and courteous not a problem at all with asking questions where things might be even if they are right in front of you, they dont get annoyed, just that lovely smile, from all staff.

Always has what I go there to get and maybe a few extras you come across when walking around the store. Staff are friendly and always helpful. They usually have a couple of manned checkouts open and operating as well as the self-service checkouts, which, I think, is useful, especially for people who don't like to use the self-service ones. Everywhere needs to have a few more manned checkouts open and operating as it seems to make the store run more efficiently. Good on you for doing this Big W Raymond Terrace.

Most interesting experience but I need to ask a staff member to confirm my thinking next time I visit the store.

Super friendly helpful staff! Had two people running around looking for a hard to find item on the floor and they were both really lovely about it.

They had cheap crockery and I needed cheap crockery.

Mary who answers the phone is lovely, it was only a brief interaction to be transferred to another department but she was courteous and enthusiastic sounding. I've been calling around to stores for a work issue and she stood out. 10/10

Big W website had stock listed at other stores but when you called to check others had no stock. A call to Raymond Terrace was successful as they had the stock! Sharon and Katherine helped check and put stock aside to be available for my click and collect, which ran seamlessly. Great service.

Big thank you to staff here & same for the staff @ Big W Green Hills. Was after a much sought after toy for kids birthdays & while Green Hills had 1 in stock the assistant checked & found stock @ Raymond Tce. I phoned them & they were able to secure one for me over phone for pick up within 48 hours as I couldn't get there before then. Great assistance from all staff.

The service is brilliant and easy to navigate the Woolworths store isles/ a niece place to do your shopping.....

As usual my visit was great. Found all I wanted, had my hair and nails done. Everyone very friendly staff all throughout although it's their busiest time of year. Thank you Market Place.
